Watch n Learn..Function or chaos?!

The watch was in my custody as it was found by me. At night we slept peacefully. The next day we were not at all in hurry because we knew we had the watch and we could reach there in a minute. We now decided that where we all were going- I was going to my friend’s birthday party, My mother to the yearly get together and My father to my cousin’s engagement. We all won’t feel anyone’s absence as we set the mind changer settings which will make us think that we all are together. I also set the settings which will make our relatives and friends think that we are with them in the function.

We all started for our respective events. I was at my friend’s birthday, where I had gala time. We ate chips, pizza, burgers, cake and many other delicious items. We sang the happy birthday song for her and she cut the cake. The party ended with distribution of games and prizes for the winners. I now changed the place and went to the yearly get together to my mother. But when I reached there, the function had ended and my mother had gone to my father. So, I again changed the place, but when I reached there, I was shocked. Where were my mother and father?

I looked for them but couldn’t find them or anyone who could help me. All I could see was darkness around me. Suddenly the sun rose but instead of 20th August 2017, it was written 19th August 2017 in the calendar. Has the time stopped? I found myself singing these sad lines ….

It’s the same day again,

Our efforts have gone in vain.

It’s not at all bright,

I can’t see the light.

The moon’s light is gone,

And the darkness has won.

I am alone,

And everyone is gone.

Then a light shone it was the fairy hiding in the watch who told me - “You need not lose hope, your efforts will never go in vain. If you lose hope, you lose the light and even the last chance to win.”

She continued “I can just tell you that this watch can only be controlled by the people who are strong and disciplined and I am sure you can do it. Sorry, my time is ending so I am going but make sure that you remember those words.”

I now got the courage to get up and look for my parents. The watch was now getting wicked and was saying that it will get control of the whole world but I stopped it somehow. The watch told me that it’s the challenge that is gifted to the person.

It then added, “If you complete this challenge, you must take me with you and I will be with you till you die and help you. BUT if you lose this challenge, darkness will surround you, you will never get anyone back.”

“I won’t get scared”, these were my thoughts and I did the same. I knew Where there is a will, there is a way, so I continued my way to success. I continued searching here and there......Was it the end of all that I thought of as a bliss?
