In this world there are;

Demons.

Angels.

Humans.

These three are ranked to strongest to weakest.

As you can see demons are the strongest of them. Demons can fly, heal, track, teleport, mind reading. (not the same as telepathy, telepathy is an ability to communicate through minds of only one kind.)

Angels, angels are not weak nor strong. Due to lack of stamina, they can only fly in 20-30 minutes. However, angels can heal too if they have not spent their stamina on battles. And at last telepathy.

Humans, humans are slaves for demons, however, for angels, they see humans as their kind.

Humans does not have any abilities. They are the WEAKEST.

...Flash back 10 years ago...

"Ishmael! Can't you be more faster! You slowpoke."

"shut up. You were the one who planned this, now bare

My laziness."

"I shouldn't have bring you with me." I rolled my eyes.

"Anyway, why are we here? its dangerous. And If we get caught I will snap your neck." Ishmael pointed his fingers towards my neck

"shhh... he's coming."

"who's coming-" I placed my hand on Ishmael's mouth.

"shut

your mouth if you don't want to get caught." Ishmael stopped talking.

As the demon prince went off the carriage, we followed him inside the castle.

The atmosphere was really heavy to bare, well at least the bodyguards are dumb, they didn't even notice me and Ishmael going inside.

After the demon prince ordered his bodyguards to guard the back of the castle, he suddenly stopped turned around.

"Show your selves you imbeciles."

"oh no."

"shit."

"fuck. RUN AVERY!!!!" we ran as fast as we could to get out and went to the left side of the castle where there are large mahogany trees are planted

"huff...huff... damn it Avery..." Ishmael slap my back while his catching his breathe.

"why didn't he follow us..." I looked at Ishmael and his eyes widened, soon his eyes trailed to my shoulders down to my wrists and started jumping, he looks happy.

"what are you doing? What makes you that happy?"

"I did not know that you can cast a spell."

"what are you talking about? I don't have royal blood running in my blood stream."

"you don't? for real?"

"yepp." I said popping the p.

"So then... who cast that..." Ishmael pointed his fingers on my shoulder, I followed where his fingers were trailed, it's a tattoo written with an "AV" and it was glowing.

I raised my fingers to touch my it, as it made contact it stings like I have been stringed by thousands of bees. Then I felt nauseous and my vision turned black

The tattoo actually looked like this and the "AV" on the upper part.

I slowly opened my eyes as the light shines, I blink thrice to adjust the brightness of the light. Where am I? I look on my ride side where my hand touches another. Its Ishmael, I sat and wiggles his body.

"Ishmael..." I slap his hands off of mine.

"ISHMAEL WASTON!!!!!" I screamed as he jumped and covers his ears.

"what the heck was that for!? You nearly busted my eardrum!." He screamed.

"sorry...." I gave him an apology smile, he sat back looking concerned.

"so... how are you feeling?"

"I'm fine...I guess.

"My father examined the tattoo, and it wasn't just an ordinary tattoo, Avery, it's a curse." He looked down.

"what do you mean it's a curse?!" I shouted.

"the curse...is from the demon prince. My father does not know what the curse is, but he knows that your life is

in danger, the power is too strong that your angel side is weakening. While you were unconscious, black

feather has combined with your white feathers."

END OF FLASHBACK

Since that day my life has turned upside down. I locked myself in my bedroom for days thinking what must be the cure,if only mom and dad was here they would know what the curse is. Oh speaking of mom and dad. my mother was abandoned since the day she was born but luckily she was saved by old couple who took care of her. Years have passed my mother went on high school and she got expelled for unknown reason. She was depressed when her parents knew

about it, and she left home carrying nothing, she had no job, no money, no nothing (yes, angels have stores where they can buy groceries, clothing, such as armors and etc.). That's when the royal angels kick her out of the heaven and directly went to the human world and hid her angel appearance, she works on a small cafe and rent an apartment. After being

on earth for four months my mother was called in heaven. her parents (to remind you; it's the old couple who took care of her mother) have died on a battle while entering the safe zone. When she was about to enter the heaven's gate, the royals guard have stopped her and explained that she no longer can step a foot in heaven. she was banned, and did not know what the reason is. Feeling defeated she went back to the human world and, met my dad. They Became friends to

best friends then they got attached to each other, after that, my father made the first move and confessed his love then got married blah blah blah blah and they had me. But soon when I almost turned one-year-old, the royal angels heard about my mom getting married to a human and having a child, they instantly called her to heaven. Years have passed but she's still not home.So, me and my father decided that I will find and look for my mom in heaven since that I am an angel like my mother, But I got lost and almost got thrown out, luckily this boy named Ishmael helped me get out of the

situation and took me to his house where I met his parents. I decided to live with them since Ishmael is their only child and wanted to have a girl so they took me as theirs, I'm still InTouch with my father through messages though, he knew

about Ishmael and his family.

"my baby-come mommy's here, no need to be afraid." My mom stretches her arms towards me to make sure

that I won't fall"

"my, my, our baby Avery has gotten bigger didn't she? My love." My father on the other side said as he sips

his coffee.

"honey I have to tell you something..." she took me and sat beside my father

"what is it, love?"

"please take a good acre of our daughter."

"I would my love."

"I'm needed in my home; I need to visit my parents."

"sure my love, when will you be back after?"

"just for days.... I guess, I already packed my clothes." She handed me to my father and stood up walking to

their bedroom taking a large bag where her clothes are.

"your leaving now?" my father says with surprised look.
