The instructor continued, "Even if you get to him, the only thing you'll do is die with him because the both of you won't be able to protect yourself from the force of the impact"

Yami was shocked when he heard this and didn't say a word which made the whole place silent.

Yami thought for a while and then said, "Just do it! I'll figure something out when I get to him"

Kazuko looked at him and sighed as she then said, "I'll join you, at least I understand them a little"

Asahu didn't want to look weak, so he said, "This is getting interesting. Besides, we're here to become hunters, aren't we? And that means we're meant to slay beasts" as he clashed his fists together with a smirk.

After hearing this, the remaining contestants felt excited and the need to fight, as one of them said, "Let's all go there, that way, there would be enough survivals"

The instructor smiled and said, "Okay, but we'll have to be fast"

Kazuko used her wind powers to create a large framework of a log-shaped ride, which the remaining contestants used their magic to create.

"Okay everyone, get on" the instructor said as he held their ride, which was by the way big and beautiful.

Everyone got on top of the ride, as Mitsuki then finished making a pathway and ran to get in.

The instructor then activated his magic, and with his powers, he lifted the ride they were on and threw it.

Booommmm!!!

The contestants moved so fast that they didn't even realize when they were approaching Natsu.

Yami on the other hand activated his beast powers and got ready to drag Natsu with them.

Suddenly, the sky dragon shot a big and powerful green beam at Natsu.

The instructor saw this and said, "I don't think they'll make it to him in time, and if they do, they might all die"

Everyone noticed the blast heading toward Natsu as Kazuko thought, "We're all going to die"

Yami on the other hand was shouting in his mind, "Faster! faster! faster! We need to go faster!!!"

Meanwhile, Natsu was frustrated by the fact that he was going to die. He was so frustrated that he thought to himself, "Not yet! I'm going to survive, I can't die now!" As he then shouted, "I won't let you kill me!!!" And punched the ground with all his might.

Suddenly, an eagle hit the sky dragon and landed at Natsu's back with the dragon in its claws, which caused dust to cover the area.

"What just happened!" The instructor said as he was trying to understand what just occurred.

Meanwhile, the other contestants were shocked when they heard a loud noise which was made by Natsu and the eagle, which caused the dust to be cleared as they saw an eagle behind him.

Natsu looked at the dragons, as some became scared and some furious.

One of the sky dragons roared very angrily and headed towards Natsu.

"Not yet, I'm not done yet!" Natsu said as he rushed towards the dragon screaming.

The eagle looked around and then spread its enormous wings and dashed towards Natsu.

Natsu was running towards the dragon when he saw a large hole and tried jumping over, but the time he jumped, the eagle dashed towards the dragon, which caused it to hit Natsu, making him land on its back.

As Natsu landed, he held on tightly as the eagle began to fight the dragons.

It screamed at the dragon heading towards him, and used its claws to hold the dragon, as it then used its beak to kill it.

It fought the sky dragons, and even though it was a brutal one, the eagle was still winning.

"I didn't know he could summon a beast" one of the contestants said as they watched the fight.

"At least we might be able to get out of here unscathed, with the way things are going" another said as they continued moving.

Yami was impressed by what he was seeing as he thought, "I don't get it, what really is his power, is it that he has time magic, or is it that he can summon beasts, or maybe he has both"

As Yami was thinking and watching the fight with amusement, he saw a dragon heading towards them as a beam of light was about to come out of its mouth.

"Oh shit!" Yami thought as he believed it was the end.

Suddenly one of the female contestants moved in front of Yami and summoned a wall of vines.

The beam hit the vines and not long after, penetrated it, and was heading towards them, as a wall of sand and ice was summoned in front of them to protect them, which finally stopped the beam.

"That was close, I thought I was a gonna for sure!" Yami said as he then thanked them for protecting him.

A crack appeared on the wall as the dragon broke through and continued chasing them, which made Yami smile.

"Hey, you guys should continue moving, and try to increase the speed of this thing" Yami said.

"We are going as fast as possible, but we can't increase the speed of it. Wait, who made you the boss!" Asahu replied.

"In that case, you guys should just continue moving" Yami said as he jumped out of the thing they were riding on and punched the dragon on its head, which made it fall towards the ground.

"What does he think he's doing?" Asahu said as he saw what Yami did.

As Asahu was about to jump out to fight, Mitsuki stopped him as she said, "Don't be reckless! We still need you, especially in dark places"

As Asahu heard this, he sat down and frowned his face as he said, "Okay fine"

Mitsuki smiled and turned to the rest and said, "We can't act recklessly because we all would need each other, if we want to survive this"

They all looked at each other and kept quiet, meanwhile, Yami was busy trying to survive.

"Who knew that a sky dragon was going to be this tough!" Yami said as he started running for his life.

The instructor looked at Natsu and Yami's fight, as he noticed that Natsu couldn't be helped, so he went towards Yami to assist in his battle, which made the fight a little bit easier for him.

"Are you alright?" The instructor said as he stretched his hands out to assist Yami, since he was on the ground with cracks all over.

"Thanks" Yami replied as he took the instructors hands and stood up.

"You should hurry back and catch up with the rest, I'll take it from here" the instructor said.

"Nahhhh, I don't think that's happening, besides, I want to fight too, you know" Yami said as he took a stance for the fight.

The instructor smiled and said, "If you say so, but don't blame me once you die"

Yami laughed and said "Sure thing, but you should also take your advice"

The instructor smiled as he thought to himself, "This might just be one of the best set of our time"

The sky dragon flew up and blasted a green beam towards them.

They moved like they disappeared, suddenly the dragon felt a punch on the side of its face from the instructor, which was pretty strong as he shouted, "Fist of fury!" which made the dragon crash into the ground and tumble.

"Wow, he's really strong! I can't believe his speed, plus, his strength was really amazing" Yami thought.

The dragon stood up and flew towards the sky.

Yami immediately ran towards the instructor, which made the instructor to throw him towards the dragon.

"Dragon Style, Ultimate Punch!" Yami screamed as he punched the dragon.

The dragon screamed as Yami landed the punch, making it to cough out blood.

Boommmm!!!

The dragon flew and landed on the ground which caused its death, as the whole ground became destroyed due to the force of the impact.

Meanwhile, Natsu was going through hell to defeat the dragons.

The eagle he was on was seriously wild, it flew around with intense velocity and was making Natsu take most of the hits.

Sometimes Natsu would jump off the eagle and land on the dragon, which he'll either try to change the direction of the blast or magical spells, and sometimes try to kill the dragons. But all his trials were useless since it had no effect.

While Yami was on the air, he became vulnerable to the eagles attack.

Most of the dragons started retreating into their nest, to avoid be-in wiped out by the eagle.

One of the dragons shot a strong tornado attack that made the eagle fall to the ground, which made it really angry as it started chasing after it.

Natsu ran and jumped from one of the dragons to the eagle.

Suddenly, Yami heard a dragon scream as one flew past him, which shocked him since the dragon didn't attack him.

"Hmmm! Why didn't it attack me? What's going on!" Yami thought to himself as he suddenly noticed that they were running away from the eagle.

Yami then landed on the ground and slid, as he then looked up and noticed that one of the dragons stayed behind to fight the eagle.

"Wow, that's brutal! I wonder how Natsu is holding up" Yami thought.

Natsu was holding on to the eagle as the eagle did stunts, while trying to dodge the dragon attacks.

The eagle did a massive spin as it dodged the swirling tornado that the dragon shot, as it used a sonic scream to attack the dragon.

This threw the dragon off balance, but as it was trying to recover, the eagle used its massive wings to throw the dragon towards the ground.

As the dragon was falling, it regained itself and flew back up, since it was close to crashing into the ground.

The eagle chased the dragon as it was heading towards the clouds, as it continued increasing its speed, while manifesting a magical seal on its body.

The dragon then conjured a very big seal, which was a little bit larger than the one the other dragon wanted to shoot towards Natsu, before the eagle interfered.

The seal was massive and this time, it was in five layers, as each one was way bigger than the next.

The dragon then went downward towards the eagle, as it then released the seal and a large beam of green bright light, which covered Natsu and the eagle, and also a large portion of the land.
