Chapter Four

I was getting ready for school when a visitor came. Cherry went down to greet them. I came down and saw Cherry's parents! They went back!

"Auntie, uncle," I greeted them.

"Samantha! Long time no see!" Cherry's mother hugged me.

"My daughter won't enter school today because we'll going to have a family time do you like to join?" She offered me.

"I'm sorry auntie but I have a lots to do in school and in the company today." I said. I really like to join but it's for them, I don't like to join them because I feel like it will be uncomfortable for me.

"Sam! When will you stop working and have fun? Give time for yourself will ya?" Cherry pouted at me. "I really hate your motto."

Yeah, my motto Finish all your work before having fun. I always obey this motto of mine and Cherry hates it. Actually she said that it's not a motto but a rule which I think it's not.

"Dear, don't stress yourself." Uncle told me. I just nodded with a smile.

After a while they left and I went to school. It feels uncomfortable if Cherry is not around. I don't have any other friends besides her. Even if I'm the president or handling a company, I don't want to socialize with people. Maybe because of my past experience because my parents always humiliates me in front of a lot of people before which is really scary and I feel like they want to laugh or kill me, I don't know I just feel like they are terrifying.

I was on the Library reading some books because it's one of my past-time routine in school or in the house. I love reading books especially when about mystery and sci-fi. All is settled now, the plans on the trip and the budget I will use are already settled. No problems! And I call it peace time.

I was teaching one of my classmate here while reading a book (Kills two birds in one stone?😅) my teacher said that she is bad at math. She was now sitting beside me trying to solve some problems which is very easy for me. I like watching her because some of the others that I taught before are kind of lazy. If they don't know how to solve a problem, they'll stop.

I closed the book and started to watch her. She keeps writing and also reading the solutions and rules of the problem.

"Um... I- Is this r- right?" She asked me.

Yep, she's shy.

I looked at her formula it was correct and also the answer.

"Yes."

I saw her face delighted.

"Samantha, someone's looking for you." A student came to me.

I was enjoying teaching my classmate here because it's rare for me to teach someone like her so I get irritated.

"Where?" I asked after taking a breathe.

"At the principal's office."

"Who is that person? Do you know?"

"She said that she's your mother."
