THE RISE!

After hearing to Kai's backstory, Naina began to think.

Kai was like....."Naina! Please.... I can't let any other students to suffer the same."

She stood up! "Ok by me. So how are you going to lend this power of yours?"

"Leave this to me. For now! You need to sleep."....he vanished.

It's night!

Everyone is sleeping.

Naina's sleeping too!

Kai came. His body became shapeless. He crawled upon her. The black thing of his body started draining into her skin.

"Hey, Naina! Wake up. You'll be late for the school."... her mom screamed. She woke up. There's a voice, coming within herself. "Naina! You'll soon be able to feel and control this power. It takes a couple of days to complete my chemical to bind with your cells."...said Kai.

As the time passed, Naina began heading to the school. Her friend Tom joined.

"How about studying together, this evening?"... asked Tom. Naina was like...." That's what we do every day, right! Besides, you are the one who, could'nt come the last evening.'

"Sorry about that. I had something to do."...apologised Tom.

They reached school.

Naina began to feel the power.

It's evening. Tom and Naina....came to her home and started studying. After a while, her mom came from the office.

It was still early morning.....Naina came out for jogging. "Hey, Kai. I never had this habit you know."...said Naina. Kai said......" Seems like this is it!"

"What do you mean by that, Kai?"

"I've already told you, lending powers means ending to me. I'll be no more. This is the last day for me. I'll be dead for real now. We don't have much time. Let me explain you. As you already began to feel that power, all the thing you need to learn is to control it. It's going to be easy, once if you get it. Try to gather all the power."

Naina kept on practicing over and over. She managed to create the black stuff using the power. It's just like Kai's body, like some sort of shadow. She managed to pull it off....gained to control it.

She's a bit worried about Kai....."I wish I could do something about him. I wonder who could publish that kind of article in the first place."

She started heading school.

Tom looked at her"Are you doing fine?"

She was like...... Yeah! I'm alright.

Naina wasn't even listening the classes. Kept on thinking about Kai. Tom was like...." What's up with her today? She's acting so unusual."

It was evening....." Tom! I have some work. Let's study tomorrow."...she left from there.

Tom came to home. Both Naina's and his parents work at the same company. Their parents spend most of their time in the office. The phone's ringing....." Hello, it's Tom."

"

Hey, Tom! It's Naina's mother. Naina told me that she's going to study in your home. I'm going to be late for home today. Do make sure to let her know. She left her phone in the home."

"Sure! I'll let her know aunt. Don't worry about that."

The call ended.

"What's Naina up to? There's definitely Something's going on. I need to find her."...... Tom walked out to search her.

"There you are! What are you doing all alone here?" asked Tom.

"Nothing much. Just wanted a fresh air"'...Naina smiled.

"Your mom Called me. She'll be late today."

"I see. I should be going home now."

"C'mon! Let's grab some ice cream before you go. I'll pay you today."...... He smiled.

They both sat together.

"Thanks Tom!"

"It's no big deal."

"It's not about ice cream. I feel alright now, it's all thanks to you."...she came back to home.

There's a voice...."Naina!the binding's about to complete. Now, try to wrap around that shadow you control."

She tried to do it.

She is totally stunned........ The dark shadow! It wrapped around her like some sort of outfit.

She looked in the mirror..... It's totally cool.

"This is your outfit. You can change it as ever your want. But if you ask me... you're cool in this outfit. From now on... you'll be called as SHADOW SPARK! You can control the shadows and the dark just like that, you can vanish yourself in the dark and now! I have one, favor to ask you."

"What is it,Kai?" asked Naina.

"I want to see my parents for the last time."

Using her power, she sneaked into Kai's home. After a couple of minutes.... His voice stopped.

Realising that he's no more...her eyes,full of tears! slept without having dinner.

Suddenly, she woke up. It's morning. She headed to school. Tom talked nothing but to walk back and watch her.

It was evening. They both began to head home.

"Naina! Talk to me. Latey, you're acting all strange. Is everything fine.?"

She talked nothing.

"Naina! I'm talking to you. Talk something."

She screamed...." I'm totAlly fine. There's no need for you to be worried."

He screamed back...." Yeah, then why'd you lie your mom, the last day that you're studying with me? I've been watching You! you've been talking to your self like a mad. You are not even paying attention to the classes. We used to spend time together every Evening. But now! all you're doing is avoiding the reality, like you're living in some kind of fantasy. What's gotten into you?"

She kneed down...the tears began to run out.

Tom became all sad.....walked towards her.

"Hey, Naina! Calm yourself."

She's crying!....hugged him"I don't know, what's going on with me. My head's totally messed up."

"It's alright. I'm sorry! I shouldn't have shouted at you before."....he comforted her.

His eyes are full of tears..... feeling sorry.
