THE WEIRD THING!

Everything's calm.

Something began to drop on her book. It's like a black ink. She looked at the ceiling......!

She started gasping hardly!" What exactly are you?"

"Now, there's no need to worry. As I already mentioned you earlier.....in the school....."the weird stuff stood in front of her.

"Don't tell me that you're a ghost, came here to have my soul".... Naina screamed.

Smirking......" Hey! Just listen to me. If I'm a ghost for real, then why would You think I left you in the school?"

She talked nothing.

Suddenly! She threw all her books on him to escape from the room. But, all those books just passed through him.

She was like......" There's no doubt. You are ghost.....for real."

The weird stuff screamed......." Yeah, damn it! That's what people call me. I was once a human too...! You have to listen to me. I don't have much time left. Listen! I came here to talk. Try to understand."

She started listening to that thing.

"My name's Kai. I used to be a human, studying in same school as you do. One day I've read an article about gaining invisibility. Back then, I was so interested in this sort of things. The article was clear. I wanted to give it a try. Having decided to test it on myself, I sneaked into school's laboratory. That was the gigantic mistake I've done. Everything went smooth. But then, the chemical turned into black........ I was about to touch it, and that was the last second......to my human life. All of the sudden! My body turned into black. Just like a shadow. I didn't know....how to face myself to this world again. All I hear when I run through someone is GHOST! I was all alone. No matter how hard I tried, this body of mine doesn't turn back into normal. My parents worried a lot, searching all the city. I was unable to live with them, even I was still there. A few days passed. May be mom and dad lost hope on me that, they stopped searching.

I wrote a fake suicide letter and left it in my room. Mom found it in no time, bursting into tears, said about the letter to dad. They were all depressed.....that they couldn't even find my body. The other day.... I've realised! It's about my power! I can control the dark! Like some sort of energy and shadow! I wanted to use it for the better, to help the people around. But then, I came to know that.....my body could no longer live like this. I managed to know a bit more about my capabilities. I can lend all these power to a human, by doing so..... I'll disappear forever. I know! It's hard to believe but, this is the truth."

After listening to him, Naina was like...." I believe you. So what are you going to do now?"

Kai bowed down....."Naina! I'm begging you. Will you carry my will and take responsibility, to protect this people? Please....I want to lend my power to you. Only you can do this.
