A Glimpse Of Humanity.

Jungkook emerged from the bathroom, his hair still damp from the morning shower. He wrapped himself in a plush towel, feeling refreshed and ready to begin the day. As he entered the bedroom, he spotted Seongho waiting with a tray laden with an assortment of delicacies.

"Good morning, young master," Seongho said with a gentle bow. "I've brought your favorite breakfast dishes."

Jungkook's eyes scanned the tray, his face lighting up with excitement. But as he took in the spread, his expression faltered.

"Where's Taetae?" Jungkook asked, his voice tinged with concern.

Seongho hesitated, his eyes darting around the room before settling on Jungkook. "Lord Taehyung, is occupied with pressing matters, Jungkook. He's dealing with some urgent business."

Jungkook's face fell, his lips pursing into a pout. "I won't eat!" he declared, crossing his arms over his chest.

Seongho's expression remained calm, but a hint of worry crept into his voice. "Perhaps later, then? You need to keep your strength up."

Jungkook shook his head vigorously. "No! Taetae has to eat with me! That's the rule!"

Seongho sighed, setting the tray down on the bedside table. "Jungkook, the Lord is very busy. There are important matters that require his attention."

Jungkook's lower lip trembled, his eyes welling up with tears. "But why can't he eat with me? Doesn't he care for me anymore?"

Seongho knelt beside Jungkook, his voice softening. "Of course, Lord Taehyung cares for you, Jungkook. He's just...distracted. These matters are crucial to the realm's safety."

Jungkook's face crumpled, and he buried his face in his hands. "Want Taetae!" he wailed, his body shaking with sobs.

Seongho wrapped his arms around Jungkook, attempting to console him. " Lord Taehyung will join you soon, I promise. He'll make time for you."

But Jungkook's cries only intensified, his voice echoing through the halls. "Taetae! Taetae!" he sobbed, his heart breaking with every passing moment.

As Seongho struggled to calm Jungkook, he couldn't shake off the feeling that this tantrum was more than just a child's whim. There was a deep-seated fear lurking beneath Jungkook's tears, a fear that threatened to unravel the fragile bonds between Jungkook and Taehyung.

Seongho hastily excused himself, leaving Jungkook's side. He navigated the labyrinthine corridors, his footsteps echoing off the stone walls. Upon reaching Taehyung's chambers, he found the Demon Lord immersed in documents and maps.

"Enter," Taehyung called, not looking up.

Seongho approached, his voice low. "Demon Lord, I apologize for the interruption, but Jungkook is...distraught."

Taehyung's gaze flicked up, his eyes narrowing. "What's wrong?"

"He's demanding your presence, refusing to eat until you join him," Seongho explained.

Taehyung's expression remained impassive, but a hint of concern crept into his voice. "I'm in the midst of critical negotiations. Tell Jungkook—"

Seongho's tone turned cautious. "I've tried, Demon Lord. He's...unconsolable. He keeps crying out for you."

Taehyung's gaze drifted back to the documents, his jaw clenched.

For a moment, Seongho wondered if Taehyung would prioritize his duties over Jungkook's distress. But then, with a subtle shift in his posture, Taehyung set aside the papers.

"Tell Junseong to summon the council members to the meeting room," Taehyung instructed. "I'll address Jungkook's concerns personally."

Seongho nodded, a mix of relief and curiosity on his face.

"Shall I inform Jungkook of your impending arrival, Demon Lord?"

Taehyung's eyes gleamed with a hint of warmth.

"Do so. I won't have him thinking I've forgotten him."

Taehyung's imposing figure filled the doorway, his piercing gaze scanning the room until it settled on Jungkook. A softness crept into his eyes, tempering his usual stern demeanor.

Jungkook's face lit up like a lantern. "Taetae!" he squealed, racing toward Taehyung.

Taehyung opened his arms, embracing Jungkook tightly. "I'm here, little one," he whispered.

Jungkook buried his face in Taehyung's chest, tears of joy streaming down.

Seongho discreetly withdrew, leaving the pair alone.

As Taehyung held Jungkook, his gaze drifted to the breakfast tray, still untouched.

"Didn't you eat?" Taehyung asked.

Jungkook shook his head cutely.

Taehyung guided Jungkook to the table in the room and sat him down.

"Let's eat together, then," Taehyung said.

Jungkook's smile returned as he heard Taehyung's words.

Taehyung and Jungkook sat together, the tension from earlier dissipating as they shared a warm smile. Taehyung lifted the lid off a steaming dish, releasing the aroma of freshly cooked rice and vegetables.

"Your favorite," Taehyung said, serving Jungkook a generous portion.

Jungkook's eyes sparkled. "No it is not my favorite but thank you, Taetae!"

As they ate, their conversation flowed effortlessly. Taehyung listened attentively to Jungkook's tales of the previous day, his expression softening with amusement.

Jungkook, in turn, asked Taehyung about his duties, displaying a keen interest in the intricacies of ruling the realm though he couldn't understand a word.

Their breakfast together was a tranquil oasis, sheltered from the demands of the outside world.

As they finished, Taehyung reached out, gently brushing a stray strand of hair from Jungkook's forehead.

"Better?" Taehyung asked.

Jungkook nodded.

Just as Taehyung's fingers traced Jungkook's jawline, a soft knock at the door broke the spell.

"Enter," Taehyung called, his voice low.

Junseong stepped inside, his expression apologetic.

"Demon Lord, forgive the interruption. An urgent message from the western frontier."

Taehyung's gaze lingered on Jungkook before shifting to Junseong.

"Speak," Taehyung commanded.

Junseong handed Taehyung a parchment sealed with the western frontier's emblem.

"Reports of dark magic activity," Junseong explained. "The local lord requests your presence."

Taehyung's eyes narrowed.

"Summon the council. We'll discuss strategy."

Junseong bowed and hurriedly left.

"Yes, Demon Lord."

As Junseong departed, Jungkook's grip on Taehyung's arm tightened.

"Taetae, don't go," Jungkook whispered.

Taehyung's expression softened.

"I must, little one. Duty calls."

Jungkook's eyes welled up.

Jungkook's face crumpled, tears spilling down his cheeks.

"Taetae, no! Don't leave me!" Jungkook wailed.

Taehyung's expression faltered, his eyes filling with concern.

"Jungkook, little one, I'll return soon," Taehyung promised.

But Jungkook's distress only intensified.

"NO!" Jungkook screamed.

His small body shook with sobs.

Taehyung swept Jungkook into his arms.

"Shh, Jungkook, don't cry," Taehyung whispered.

But Jungkook's tears continued.

"I'll be back before you know it," Taehyung reassured.

Jungkook clung.

"Don't go!" Jungkook begged.

Taehyung's grip tightened.

"I must protect my realm," Taehyung explained.

Jungkook's cries echoed through the walls.

Jungkook's sobs slowed, his tear-stained face gazing up at Taehyung.

"Taetae, take me with you," Jungkook pleaded.

Taehyung's expression hesitated.

"Jungkook, it's not safe," Taehyung said gently.

Jungkook's grip on Taehyung's arm tightened.

"I don't care! I want to go with you," Jungkook insisted.

Taehyung's eyes softened.

"But little one, I must protect you," Taehyung said.

Jungkook's voice rose.

"You always leave me! I want to help you," Jungkook declared.

Taehyung's face reflected his inner turmoil.

"Jungkook, this is war related matters. I won't risk your safety," Taehyung said firmly.

Jungkook's eyes sparkled with determination.

"I'm not a child, Taetae! I can help," Jungkook asserted.

Taehyung's resolve wavered.

Taehyung's gaze searched Jungkook's determined face.

"Very well," Taehyung said finally. "You may come with me."

Jungkook's face lit up.

"Really?" Jungkook exclaimed.

Taehyung nodded.

"But stay close and follow orders," Taehyung warned.

Jungkook beamed.

"I will, Taetae!" Jungkook promised.

Seongho entered, his expression surprised.

"Demon Lord, is this wise?" Seongho asked.

Taehyung's jaw clenched.

"I've made my decision," Taehyung said.

Seongho bowed.

"Yes, Demon Lord."

As they prepared to depart, Jungkook's excitement grew.

As they departed for the emergency meeting, Taehyung swooped Jungkook into his arms.

"Hold tight, little one," Taehyung whispered.

Jungkook wrapped his arms around Taehyung's neck.

"I'm not a baby, Taetae!" Jungkook protested.

Taehyung chuckled.

"Indulge me," Taehyung said.

Junseong led the way through the castle corridors.

Guards bowed as their footsteps echoed.

They finally arrived at the council chambers and inside, the council members awaited.

Taehyung settled Jungkook onto his lap.

The councilors' surprised glances flicked to Jungkook.

Taehyung's stern expression silenced any potential comments.

"Begin," Taehyung commanded and the meeting commenced.

"Hi!" Jungkook said, waving at everyone unaware of the tension in the room.

The council members' gazes turned to him, their expressions darkening.

"Who...are you?" Councilor Minseo growled.

"I'm Jungkook!" Jungkook replied, beaming.

Taehyung's eyes narrowed.

"Jungkook, now isn't the time," Taehyung warned but Jungkook continued.

"What are your names? I want to make friends!" Jungkook asked, his eyes sparkling.

Councilor Seongjin's face twisted.

"You dare...ask our names?" Seongjin snarled.

Councilor Joonoh's eyes flashed.

"You shouldn't even breathe the same air as us," Joonoh spat.

The council members' anger boiled over, their gazes devouring Jungkook making his smile falter.

"Did...did I do something wrong?" Jungkook stammered.

Taehyung stood.

"Enough," Taehyung growled.

"Leave. Now!."

The council members filed out, their parting glances promised Jungkook suffering.

Jungkook turned to Taehyung, his brow furrowed.

"Did...did I do something wrong?" Jungkook asked, his voice trembling.

Taehyung's expression softened.

"No, Jungkook. It's not you," Taehyung reassured.

But Jungkook's face fell.

"I thought I made friends," Jungkook pouted, his lower lip jutting.

Taehyung's heart skipped a beat.

Jungkook's adorable pout pierced his defenses.

"Jungkook, don't worry," Taehyung said gently.

But Jungkook crossed his arms, scowling.

"I don't understand. I was nice," Jungkook muttered.

Taehyung fought the urge to smile.

"Sometimes, people are...complicated," Taehyung explained.

Jungkook's pout deepened.

"I'm going to go sulk now," Jungkook declared.

Taehyung's lips twitched.

"Perhaps I'll join you," Taehyung said, his voice low.

Jungkook's face brightened.

"Really?" Jungkook asked, hope sparkling.

Taehyung nodded.

"Together, then?" Taehyung offered.

Jungkook's smile returned.

"Yay!" Jungkook squealed.

-Taehyung and Jungkook's Sulking Session-

Taehyung led Jungkook to a secluded garden,a hidden place in the place where only trusted servants of the castle knew.

They sat together on a bench.

Jungkook pouted, his arms crossed.

Taehyung mimicked Jungkook's pose.

"You're cute when you're upset," Taehyung teased.

Jungkook's scowl deepened.

"I'm not cute! I'm serious!"

Taehyung chuckled softly.

"Serious and adorable."

Jungkook's face softened.

"You're making me smile."

Taehyung's eyes crinkled.

"That has become my new job."

Their sulking session became a comfortable silence.

"Taetae, I'm worried. Bunbun's been feeling neglected."

Taehyung smiled.

"Bunbun's lucky to have you, Jungkook."

Jungkook's brow furrowed.

"But what if Bunbun gets mad at me? I left him alone today."

Taehyung chuckled.

"Bunbun loves you, Jungkook. He's forgiving."

Jungkook's face lit up.

"Really?"

Taehyung nodded.

"I'll help you make it up to Bunbun."

Seongho emerged from the garden path, Bunbun in hand.

Jungkook's eyes sparkled.

"Bunbun!" Jungkook exclaimed, rushing over to Seongho.

Taehyung watched, intrigued.

Seongho handed Bunbun over, his expression unreadable.

Jungkook cradled Bunbun, beaming.

"Thank you, Seonghonim!" Jungkook said.

Seongho nodded curtly and bowed and Taehyung.

Then, with a smile, he turned and disappeared into the garden shadows.

Jungkook hugged Bunbun tightly.

Taehyung approached, smiling.

"Reunited with Bunbun, I see," Taehyung teased.

Jungkook grinned.

"Bunbun's home!" Jungkook exclaimed.

Soft sunlight filtered through lush greenery.

The scent of blooming flowers filled the air.

A gentle breeze rustled leaves, creating a soothing melody.

Jungkook settled onto a bench, Bunbun snug in his arms.

Taehyung joined him, their shoulders touching.

The garden's tranquility enveloped them.

Jungkook closed his eyes, peaceful.

"I love it here," Jungkook whispered.

Taehyung nodded.

"Me too."

Their comfortable silence was punctuated by nature's symphony.

Suddenly, a butterfly landed on Bunbun's head.

Jungkook giggled.

"Bunbun's making friends!"

Taehyung smiled.

Jungkook's eyes sparkled.

"Hello, little one!" Jungkook whispered to the butterfly.

The butterfly fluttered, settling on Jungkook's finger.

"Bunbun, look! We have a guest," Jungkook said.

Taehyung chuckled.

"Jungkook, you're talking to a butterfly."

Jungkook grinned.

"He's listening! His name is Flutter."

Taehyung's amusement deepened.

"And what's Flutter saying?"

Jungkook's eyes shone.

"Flutter says...the garden is magical."

Taehyung's gaze softened.

"Maybe it is," Taehyung said, "with you here."

Jungkook's face glowed.

A vibrant red butterfly fluttered onto Bunbun's head.

Jungkook gasped.

"Wow! Look, Taetae!" Jungkook exclaimed.

Taehyung's eyes narrowed.

"That's no ordinary butterfly," Taehyung warned.

Jungkook's curiosity wasn't deterred.

"Hello, little one!" Jungkook whispered.

The red butterfly settled on Jungkook's finger.

"Bunbun, meet Flutter," Jungkook said.

Taehyung watched, intrigued.

"Flutter's from this realm, isn't he?" Jungkook asked.

Taehyung nodded.

"Demons and vampires summon them as messengers," Taehyung explained.

Jungkook's eyes sparkled.

"But Flutter's different. He's friendly!"

Taehyung's gaze softened.

"Perhaps," Taehyung said.

Jungkook's gaze swept the garden.

"Even in the underworld, this garden is still mystical and beautiful," Jungkook said.

"Look, Taetae – crimson roses, midnight lilies, and starlight trees."

Taehyung's expression turned introspective.

"I never noticed," Taehyung admitted.

Jungkook's smile lit up.

"That's because you're used to it. But I see magic everywhere."

The red butterfly danced around Jungkook.

Jungkook's eyes locked onto Flutter.

"You're special, aren't you?" Jungkook whispered.

Flutter settled on Jungkook's shoulder.

Taehyung observed, fascinated.

"Jungkook, you're...calming Flutter," Taehyung noted.

Jungkook smiled.

"I feel it too – a connection."

A gentle hum filled the air as Flutter's wings beat in sync with Jungkook's heartbeat.

Taehyung's gaze intensified.

"You're harmonizing," Taehyung said, awe-tinged.

Jungkook's wonder grew.

"Like we share a secret language."

Flutter nuzzled Jungkook's cheek.

Taehyung's expression softened.

"Perhaps," Taehyung said jokingly, "you two are kindred spirits.

As Jungkook laughed with Flutter, Taehyung's expression turned grim.

He knew the underworld's true nature.

Beneath the garden's beauty, darkness lurked.

The inhabitants here weren't friendly.

They'd kill Jungkook without hesitation.

If they discovered his presence...

Taehyung's heart clenched.

He couldn't let that happen.

Protecting Jungkook became his sole focus.

"I'll keep you safe, Jungkook," Taehyung vowed silently.

"No matter the cost."

Jungkook's oblivious joy made Taehyung's resolve stronger.

He'd shield Jungkook from this realm's cruelty.

Flutter's gentle hum seemed to sense Taehyung's tension.

The butterfly settled on Jungkook's shoulder, watching Taehyung.

As if sensing Taehyung's protective instincts.

Taehyung's gaze lingered on Jungkook, his heart swelling.

"If my subjects discover my affection for Jungkook, they'll see it as weakness," Taehyung thought.

"They'll question my authority, and rebellion will spread."

His underworld realm, built on fear and power, wouldn't understand.

"Why do I risk everything for this human?" Taehyung wondered.

As Jungkook's laughter echoed through the garden,Taehyung's resolve strengthened.

"I'll protect him, no matter the cost," Taehyung vowed silently.

"But at what price?" his mind countered.

"Will my loyalty to Bun topple my throne?"

Flutter settled on Jungkook's shoulder, watching Taehyung as if sensing the turmoil within.

Taehyung's thoughts drifted to his ascent to the underworld throne, forged in bloodshed, strategic alliances, and ruthless decisions. His eyes seemed to gaze through the garden, into the shadows of his past.

"The price of power is loneliness," Taehyung reflected, his voice barely audible.

But Jungkook's presence awakened long-dormant emotions, challenging the carefully crafted armor around his heart.

"The underworld's hierarchy won't understand," Taehyung thought, his mind racing with the implications.

"The nobles, the demons, the lesser lords – they'll see Jungkook as a liability, a weakness to be exploited."

The underworld's complex web of factions and interests would turn against him if they discovered his affection:

_The Red Hand_ (, "Bulgeunson"): Enforcers of Taehyung's rule, known for brutal punishments.

_The Nightwatch_ (, "Yahyeong"): Secret police force, monitoring and punishing dissent.

_The Iron Fist_ (, "Geumgang"): Military unit, crushing rebellions and enforcing order.

_The Abyssal Court_ (, "Manghwa"): Judicial system, handing down harsh sentences to those who defy Taehyung.

These factions maintain control through fear and intimidation, ensuring loyalty to Taehyung and Jeguk. Each faction would seek to use Jungkook against him, to topple his reign.

"And what of the Council of Shadows?" Taehyung pondered.

"Will they see Bun as a threat to the underworld's balance?"

The council, comprised of powerful underworld lords, maintained the delicate equilibrium of power.

"If they decide Bun's presence endangers our realm..."

Taehyung's thoughts trailed, his jaw clenched.

"I'll protect him, no matter the cost."

Taehyung's gaze drifted, lost in the shadows of his past.

Memories of his family, alive and vibrant, resurfaced.

His parents, the King and Queen, wise and just.

His siblings, full of laughter and joy.

All taken from him.

The pain, still raw, lingered after a thousand years.

His uncle, fueled by ambition, orchestrated the betrayal.

Conniving humans, eager for power, aided in the slaughter.

Taehyung's heart hardened.

"That's why I hate humans," he thought.

"Their deceit, their cunning, their disregard for life."

His underworld realm, built on fear and power, was a reflection of that pain.

The dungeon, filled with human captives, a reminder of their treachery.

"But Jungkook..." Taehyung's thoughts faltered.

"Innocent, kind, and gentle."

Not like the humans who destroyed his family.

A glimmer of hope stirred, long-dormant emotions awakening.

"Perhaps," Taehyung thought, "not all humans are the same."

Taehyung's thoughts swirled, torn between past and present.

The memories of his family's slaughter fueled his hatred for humans.

But Jungkook's kindness and innocence challenged that narrative.

"How can I reconcile the past with the present?" Taehyung wondered.

"Can I truly trust Jungkook, or will he betray me like the others?"

As he grappled with these questions, Taehyung's gaze fell upon the underworld's twisted justice system:

- The Tribunal of Shadows, where accused humans were tried and condemned

- The Pit of Eternal Suffering, where the damned souls screamed in torment

- The Razor's Edge, where traitors were executed

Taehyung's realm, built on fear and power, now seemed...flawed.

"Is this truly justice," Taehyung thought, "or merely vengeance?"

Jungkook's presence had awakened doubts, and Taehyung's resolve wavered.

Jungkook sat beside Taehyung, surrounded by lush greenery.

"Your garden is really beautiful," Jungkook said, breaking the silence.

Taehyung's gaze remained distant, his thoughts still shrouded.

"It's a sanctuary," Taehyung replied, his voice measured.

"A refuge from the underworld's darkness."

Jungkook's eyes sparkled with curiosity.

"What's it like, ruling the underworld?" Jungkook asked.

Taehyung's expression turned enigmatic.

"Power and loneliness," Taehyung whispered.

"But it's mine."

Flutter, still perched on Jungkook's shoulder, fluttered wings as if sensing Taehyung's hidden emotions.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm orange glow across the garden, Taehyung stood.

"Time for dinner, Jungkook," Taehyung announced.

Jungkook nodded, rising from the bench.

"Let's return to your room," Taehyung said.

With a subtle smile, Taehyung extended his hand.

Jungkook took it, feeling a strange sensation.

In an instant, they vanished.

The garden's serenity remained, undisturbed.

_No one saw them reappear in Jungkook's chambers_.

A lavish dinner spread before them.

Candles flickered, casting a warm ambiance.

Jungkook's eyes widened.

"How did we...?" Jungkook trailed.

Taehyung chuckled.

"A lord's powers," Taehyung whispered.

Jungkook's eyes sparkled with envy.

"I want powers like yours!" Jungkook exclaimed.

Taehyung chuckled.

"Impossible, little one," Taehyung said.

Jungkook pouted, his lower lip jutting.

"Why not?!" Jungkook demanded.

Taehyung smiled.

"Only underworld lords possess these abilities," Taehyung explained.

Jungkook crossed his arms, scowling.

"That's unfair Taetae!" Jungkook declared.

Taehyung laughed softly.

"Bun, you're adorable when angry," Taehyung teased.

Jungkook's face reddened.

"I'm not cute! I'm serious!" Jungkook insisted.

Taehyung gently stroked Jungkook's cheek.

"You're both, Bun," Taehyung whispered.

Jungkook's pout deepened, but his eyes betrayed a hint of delight.

As dinner finished, Jungkook slid from his chair.

"Taetae, please!" Jungkook begged, climbing onto Taehyung's lap.

"I want powers too!" Jungkook exclaimed.

Taehyung chuckled, amused.

"Bun, humans can't wield powers like mine," Taehyung explained.

"It's not possible," Taehyung reassured.

Jungkook pouted.

"Why not?!" Jungkook demanded.

Taehyung laughed .

"Your human body can't handle underworld energy," Taehyung said.

"It would consume you," Taehyung warned.

Jungkook's face fell.

"But...but I want to be strong!" Jungkook pleaded.

Taehyung's expression softened.

"You're strong in your own way, Bun," Taehyung said.

Jungkook sighed softly.

"I guess you're right," Jungkook admitted huffing cutely.

Taehyung smiled at the human's cute antics.

"I know I am," Taehyung teased.

Jungkook's eyes sparkled mischievously.

"Taetae, you're too serious!" Jungkook declared.

Without warning, Jungkook tackled Taehyung.

Taehyung, caught off guard, laughed.

"Bun, what are you doing?!" Taehyung exclaimed.

Jungkook's fingers danced across Taehyung's stomach.

Taehyung's laughter deepened.

"Stop, Bun! That's...ahah...enough!" Taehyung pleaded.

Jungkook grinned from ear to ear.

"You're ticklish!" Jungkook celebrated.

Taehyung's eyes shone with amusement.

"For you, Bun...perhaps," Taehyung admitted.

As Jungkook continued his tickle assault, Taehyung's laughter echoed through the chambers.

Outside the chambers, servants exchanged knowing glances.

Muffled laughter and playful shrieks escaped.

"He's...tickling the Lord?" a servant whispered.

Another servant giggled.

"I've never seen the Lord so...carefree," a veteran servant noted.

A young maid smiled.

"Perhaps this human is good luck?" she suggested.

The servants' whispers grew louder.

"Did you see the Lord's face? So vulnerable!"

"And the human, so bold!"

Their Lord, infamous for his ruthlessness.

Now reduced to helpless laughter.

A senior servant chuckled.

"Looks like our Lord's found his weakness."

The whispers spread.

"The human, Jungkook...has tamed the untamable Lord."

The servants continued whispering, their faces alight.

"He's never laughed like that before."

"Sounds like a child, our Lord."

"And the human's giggles...music to our ears."

A maid covered her mouth.

"I've never seen him so...human."

A footman grinned.

"Perhaps this human will bring light to our Lord's darkness."

Their whispers mingled with Taehyung's deep chuckles.

And Jungkook's infectious giggles.

The sounds echoed through the corridors.

A passing guard smiled.

"Seems our Lord's found joy."

A nearby lady-in-waiting nodded in agreement.

"May this human bring balance to our Lord's life."

As the whispers spread, the underworld's stern atmosphere softened, ever so slightly. The servants dispersed, the smiling never leaving their lips.

Meanwhile, ynder the cloak of night, the council members convened.

Their secret meeting took place in an abandoned windmill.

Councilor Minseo spoke first.

"The human, Jungkook, threatens our power."

Councilor Joonoh nodded.

"Taehyung's obsession with him is alarming."

Councilor Seongjin's eyes gleamed.

"We must eliminate Jungkook."

The others nodded in agreement.

"But how?" Councilor Joonoh asked.

Seongjin smiled.

"I have a plan."

The council members leaned in eager to hear it.

"Continue," Minseo urged.

Seongjin outlined his strategy.

"We'll exploit Taehyung's weakness: his affection for Jungkook."

The room fell silent.

Their faces twisted with malice.

"Let's begin," Seongjin whispered, their sinister plans unfolding.

Seongjin's eyes sparkled with malice.

"First, we'll spread rumors about Jungkook's true intentions."

Councilor Minseo nodded.

"Claim he's manipulating Taehyung for personal gain."

Councilor Joonoh smiled.

"And suggest Jungkook's presence endangers the kingdom."

Seongjin continued.

"Next, we'll orchestrate incidents to make Taehyung doubt Jungkook."

Councilor Yoonseo spoke up.

"What kind of incidents?"

Seongjin's grin widened.

"Theft, sabotage...and a failed assassination attempt."

The council members exchanged knowing glances.

Taehyung's trust in Jungkook would crumble.

"The final blow," Seongjin whispered.

"Jungkook will be accused of treason."

Their sinister plan was set in motion.
