My Plan, My RULES!

As much as her world was developed and full of technology, Railien could still remember how her town, forgotten by the world, lacked even the most basic technology. Perhaps that is why it was greatly affected by the war.

Towns like these were reduced to nothing but lifeless ghost towns. Making them a great hideout for criminals and rebellious teens. Also, the perfect sites for unauthorized parties. After all, these areas had great underground hideouts. Maybe this is why Crystal chose such towns as her party destinations. 

Railien knew that even though Crystal made sure that the underground parties were easily accessible, she never considered having them in or near the tech cities. After all, these parties were so anonymous that everyone wore masks and no one knew the other's background or name. 

"Luck is really on my side! Because of how isolated the areas are, and how poor the security is, this mission is gonna be a walk in the park!"

Railien said to herself as she let out a chuckle. She took off her towel and went in the shower. As she stroked her hair, water ran down her body from her head. Her dark hair fell to her shoulders in dripping water. All she was thinking of now, was how to get away from Crystal and call the organization. After all, she couldn't do this alone. 

"I'm done, you better go take a shower now. I'm not letting you eat my delicious food if you are still dirty when I'm done cooking."

"Damn, and here I thought I needed a mom!"

"Oh really, how about I start controlling your life then, my daughter!"

"Hahaha, can't you take a joke? Jeez!"

Crystal said as she grabbed a towel and walked towards the bathroom. Railien just smiled. She hurriedly got dressed and went to the kitchen. She grabbed her phone from the tabletop and dialed a number. 

"What's up, Ri?"

"Code purple!"" You guys better be there when I get there tomorrow!"

She said then ended the call before the other person could respond. She placed her phone back where it was and walked towards the fridge. As she opened it and took out the ingredients, Crystal walked in and sat on a chair next to the kitchen table. 

"If I knew you would be this slow, I would have ordered take away."

"Did you even take a shower? You should go back and clean yourself well just to make sure. "

"You..."

"Fine, fine, stop talking, and I'm cooking. Don't disturb me!"

Crystal puffed up, took her phone and started scrolling through it. Railien just smiled and continued preparing the food. After about thirty minutes, she placed two hotpots, two bowls and cutlery on the kitchen table. 

"Where is that pig that wanted to eat so much? She was so hungry, but now I don't see her all over the food!"

"Hey, don't call me a pig!"

"Fine, I won't, so put your phone down and let's dig in. "

"Then I'll dig in first, alright?"

"Go ahead!"

Crystal had a content expression as she took the lid off the hotpot and served herself. 

"What! Nothing for me?"

"Come on, just serve it yourself. You ain't a child, you know. "

"What! Hahaha. "

Railien couldn't help but laugh at Crystal's remarks. She was wondering deep in her mind. How nice it would have been if she was not on a mission. But then she realized that she could do is enjoy it all while it lasted. 

"Now that am here, let's get down to business. I've got five locations. We have to make sure we can navigate through the areas around the five locations."

"You sure these locations are legit, Ri?"

"No, Coz I've only been making hot pie for the last year. What do you take me for, man? Of course, I'm sure. "

"It was just a question, no need to overreact!"

"Well, it's a dum question. Besides, I didn't ask you here to question me."

"Fine, am sorry ok?"

"We've only got one week to do this. We can start with Nightshade town because that's where this month's party will be held,""I'll need five people to infiltrate the party and five more on the lookout outside. Three people from the lookout team will be helping with the kidnaping. Are we clear?"

"How many people are we talking about here? I mean, if there's gonna be a party, it must be a lot. Why not bring two squads?"

"We don't need a whole squad. We will only be kidnapping five people, so we are enough."

"What, isn't that a waste? Why not take out a huge number, or everyone for that matter? Have you forgotten how serious this mission is, Ri?"

"I'm not dumb, OK. We are only taking five people. There's a party every month. If we want to keep gaining from this, we have to be smart. We can make anyone suspicious. I've been observing. At least three people always end up missing at each party. Five people won't bring any suspicion. "

"Even if they are suspicious, they aren't gonna suspect you, right? So why are you worried?"

"Last time I checked, this was my mission, right? My mission, my plan, my rules! Got it? If you don't like that, you are free to pull out!"

"Am just saying, if anything goes wrong..."

"Nothing will go wrong as long as you do what I say. But if anything goes wrong, I'll be the one asking the questions. So make sure that nothing goes wrong. Because you'll be the first suspect!"

"I don't care how you do it, but we'll be needing two men and three women. The younger, the better. No mistakes are allowed at any cost. When everything's done, wait for me at the usual place. I'll be there after daylight. Are we clear?"

"Got it !"

"Then I'll be leaving now. Don't forget to bring your masks to the party. I won't be sharing mine with anyone!"
