It's an isolation cell, federal social re adaptation number two known as Puente grande. Just outside Guadalajara, Mexico ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฝ

To escape means over coming layer after layer of impenetrable walls and an army of guards that outnumber the inmates my 1:2

El chapo - Drug Lord. Always have they're own armies, he needs to withstand the power of the guards even if he gets out . He is one of the most bloodthirsty and notorious narco criminals. Joaquin Guzman, known as El chapo. He's a billionaire, a murderer and a folk hero. To the Mexican government he's just public enemy number 1. He's the 21st centuries most famous narco celebrity he's still the most feared drug trafficker in the world there are places in Mexico where his name is just whispered now. He rose because he was ruthless. Because of him there were drug wars and hence the Mexican government launched a massive manhunt they apprehended him in Guatemala in June 1993 and he goes to the Puente grande prison.

Even though there were so many measures it doesn't seem as such a bad place for chapo using his reputation for brutal violence plus 2 and a half million dollars worth of bribes, he makes the prison a comfortable place to run his empire. The life lived by him in prison was even more luxurious than the Italian gangsters who were locked up good fellas. He had his pick of liquor, lobster and women

He was allowed to have visits from his main as well as 2nd wife, he also had a prison girlfriend. He bought the entire prison. He was able to sell drug shipments while Locked in prison.

He got $20Billion a month, his empire grew almost more than it had when he was out of prison.

He keeps the sinoloa cartel running from behind bars

But all that is about to change

In the mid to late 90s Mexico was not extraditing Mexican nationals to the United States but something changed in the beginning of 2001 . The supreme Court issued an opinion that it would restart extraditions of Mexican nationals to the United States and for Chapo hiding out in prison was not an option.

He learns that he has been charged with drug trafficking here in the US and he's worried that if he gets extradited in the US he's not gonna have the same ability to control his cartel n give out instructions and coordinate drug shipments from inside a prison cell.

He orchestrates a complex series of getaway vehicles to be put in place for his jail break he threatens the lives of anyone who could reveal the plan to the officials and ofc he creases a lot of poems.

So he bribed one of the workers, a man named ๐™€๐™ก ๐˜พ๐™๐™ž๐™ฉ๐™ค (the quiet one)
