Once again, I woke up in my black-leather chair, I could feel the eye bags under my eyes as I groggily sat up, they felt like they were weighing me down. How do I still feel sleepy? ... I got nine hours of sleep... I should be well-rested...by now, at least.
I sat up, looking down at my paperwork, that I finished last night. I yawned and covered my mouth. Furthermore, I got up from my chair, my forearm cracked as I pushed myself up. Hah... Did my forearm just pop?... Whatever...
I was about to go and get dressed, but Suban burst in. I jumped slightly, I was in the middle of undoing my button-up shirt. "Jesus, do you not know how to knock?" I sighed and pinched my nose bridge.
"Sorry, boss..." He cleared his throat. "Did you want something?" I looked at him. "Oh, yes, I did... You no the new kid? Sun-yung? Well, the chairman...told you to keep a close eye on him." Subin mumbled the name, chairman. Are you fucking serious? My father? I rolled my eyes flatly.
And that's when...Sun-yung burst in too. Without knocking. I looked at him, my face softening slightly.
"What do you need?" I asked in a softer tone. He was still smiling. "Uhm...So, I was just wondering if you could teach me the ropes...I don't really know anthing about being in a gang..." He said softly, looking down. A slight frown on his lips.
I chuckled quietly. "Sure. I'd be happy too." I smiled. Suban looked at me as if he'd never seen me smile before.
Sun-yung ran over to me, and put his hand on my cheek. I blushed softly, even though, I'd like to deny I didn't blush. Suban gave me a dead-panned expression.
Sun-yung kept smiling like a clueless, lost puppy. I felt my face heat up.
Suban, very suddenly, slapped his hand off my cheek. "You should know better than to touch a Mafia boss." He stood by me, giving Sun-yung a catty glare.
He looked down like a sad puppy. I glanced at Suban, with a frown. Even though I was friends with Suban, he was extremely annoying sometimes.
I sighed and pet Sun-yung's head. He regained his smiling composure. I blushed a bit, but quickly covered it up. Ugh...His flowery, puppy like composure, is killing me right now...
I cleared my throat.
"Well, I guess I should show you fighting basics." I patted Sun-yung's shoulder. Suban was still giving him a catty glare.
DURING THE FIGHTING SESSION:
I was about to kick Sun-yung's stomach, but he quickly grabbed my leg, and for some reason, very gently, threw me on the ground, my eyes were wide, and my breath was a bit heavy.
I tried to get up, but he pinned me under his body weight. I looked up at him, he was still smiling. "Why...are you smiling?" I asked him, still trying to ctach my breath.
"Because my Hyung is so cute when he fights!" He smiled, I blushed a bit. "B.. Be quiet..." I covered his mouth. I could still feel his smile under my hands.
"Hyung, why are you covering my mouth?" I looked at him a bit annoyed, but a hint of a blush on my cheeks. "Because you're panting like a damn puppy." I retorted, he smiled even more.
"You think I look like a puppy!?" He was grinning now, obviously liking being called a puppy. I frowned. "Shuddup..." I muttered.
