In the presence of the pink-haired man, the other man opened his eyes suddenly, causing Beryl to step back and fall on his butt. Seeing this, the man stood up and stared at the omega. Of course, he knew who he was, but he hadn't had the chance to observe him in detail before.
"What are you doing here? How dare you interrupt my rest?" he spoke in an authoritative tone.
"I was just coming to read... my name is Beryl, I am..." he fell silent. "The new sacrifice... so to speak."
"You still haven't answered my other question. Don't ask about your name," he replied.
"Angela brought me here because the dragon's wife wouldn't let me read in the reading room," he explained as he stood up.
"Wife? The master of this house has no wife, and the reading room is for everyone," he crossed his arms, observing the omega's gestures.
"Well, she said she was the wife, and I'm not going to question her. I'm new and I don't know anything," he shrugged.
Angela arrived quickly and stood in front of Beryl, bowing.
"Greetings, Your Majesty. I didn't know you were here. I apologize for leaving the guest during your rest time," Angela apologized.
Beryl just looked confused at the scene, as the maid was showing total respect to the redhead.
"It doesn't matter. But, the guest told me he couldn't use the reading room, why?" he asked in an annoyed tone.
"Miss Vania kicked us out. She said servants couldn't be in that room," Angela replied, not planning to stay silent, of course.
"And she said she was his wife and that I was a filthy omega. Filthy me? I was bathed last night against my will and they touched my balls without my permission. That's harassment..." Beryl complained, adding fuel to the fire.
The redhead raised an eyebrow upon hearing the omega's words, perhaps that last piece of information was unnecessary, while Angela just struggled not to laugh.
"I'll talk to Vania. As for you, I'll call for you later," he said to Beryl.
The redhead walked away, leaving the greenhouse, and Angela let out a sigh as she poured herself some juice and drank it quickly.
"I hope he doesn't believe Vania when she denies what she did to us," Angela complained.
"Excuse me, who was that? A relative of the dragon? His tamer or something?" Beryl asked curiously.
"Young Beryl, that man is Frederick Jaeger, the dragon, the lord and master of this castle," Angela replied.
"What?! That attractive, delicious, beautiful, sensual man is the dragon?" he said in surprise. "No wonder that crazy woman in the reading room wants him for herself, I don't blame her." He let out his inner gay.
Angela couldn't help but laugh at Beryl's comment, but she assured him that that sensual man was the dragon in his human form. Dragons have very powerful magic and can take human form to move freely without their enormous bodies getting in the way.

Frederick arrived at his office, and as soon as he entered, Vania was already waiting for him. She had an expression of sadness, but upon seeing Frederick, she stood up and bowed.
"Forgive me for bothering you, Your Majesty, but I've had a hard time. The maid, Angela, takes liberties that she shouldn't and wants to act as if she were the mistress of this castle," she expressed between sobs.
"That's strange, because Angela has said quite the opposite, that you kicked my guest out of the reading room," he observed the girl's surprised face.
"Your Majesty, I would never do such a thing. The reading room is for everyone," she looked down.
"I hope you keep that in mind and don't disrespect those I have invited to this castle. Don't make me send her away, Miss Vania," he warned in an annoyed tone.
"Of course, Your Majesty. I'm always careful," she bowed.
However, upon leaving the room, Vania was annoyed. She thought she would have Angela thrown out of the castle this time, as this maid was the one who confronted her the most when she tried to give her orders. As she passed a window, she observed Angela and the omega boy leaving the greenhouse. This bothered her because she couldn't say anything. She only hoped that the guest would leave quickly. She had been in that place for 10 years and wouldn't let anyone take her place. No matter how long it took, she assured herself that she would win Frederick's heart and become his true wife.

At night, Beryl was in his room after having dinner and a bath, and was getting ready for bed. However, Angela arrived to tell him that the dragon was waiting for him in his office. So, much to his dismay, he put on a robe to leave the room, even though Angela scolded him for not dressing properly, as, being an omega, he shouldn't go out in a shirt and robe. Upon arriving at the office, he was allowed to enter. Frederick observed him for a moment, but said nothing and asked him to have a seat.
"Rina must have already informed you about the options, but the difference between the women and you is the fact that you are an omega, and in the world, an omega is simply in too much danger. Alphas sometimes use their pheromones to induce an omega's heat and take advantage of him," he explained.
"If your intention is for me to leave, believe me, what you're saying will only make me not want to even leave my room," he replied.
"I'm just telling you the reality, and I don't think an omega who wets himself can survive alone in the world," he scoffed.
"In my defense, anyone who hasn't seen a dragon and gets caught by one would have the same reaction, and that's not screaming," he excused himself.
"Of course. Then, you must think carefully about what you want to do. You are free to stay in this castle. Rina can find you work and you will be rewarded for it," he informed me.
"Be an omega in danger out there or stay and be an employee. I think the best option is obvious, but there is one detail, your wife didn't seem to like me," he insisted.
"That young lady is not my wife, and she knows how things work in this castle. She won't give you any trouble. But think carefully about what you want."
With that said, the conversation was over.
