Burying My Family

In the tiny cadavers hollowed eyes, a silent scream echoed through eternity, memories festering like open wounds on the skin of time, as stars whispered secrets to the wind's sighs, and shadows crackled the mirror's fractured heart.

My eyes capture bloodthirsty flowers blooming in the graveyard's crimson air, weighted breaths dripped from the ceiling's tears, and heartbeats hid behind the doors of the soul's silence.

Beneath the soil into the earth you disappeared, body not soul, as silent laughter dissolved the mask of sanity, and forgotten melodies echoed through the attic of the mind's fenestra.

In the depths of sorrow, I buried my child, my husband, and all that was once bright within me, consumed by the darkness that lurked within.

I became a shadow creature, a nightmare born of misery, forced to dwell in the abyss of my own despair, where the weight of grief crushed me, and the light of hope seemed forever lost.

The temple pistol fired, but I couldn't pull the trigger on myself; it missed, a cruel rebirth.

I found solace in alcohol and medication's numbness, to the extent it did the job.

Then, I saw her, a innocent smile playing on the swings of a beautiful playground, her laughter echoing through the void, a fleeting glimpse of joy -

Summer's warmth awakened the city's concrete heartbeat, as music's darkness clung to the haunted ballroom's walls, glacial eyes watched from the mountains' fossilized brow, earthen drums beat the ancient rhythm of the planet's breath, melancholy rain poured down the alleyway of forgotten dreams, moon's pale fingers cradled the city's sleeping shoulders, storm's wild kiss swept the shore's concrete heart, midnight's sleepy whisper awakened the clock's mechanical pulse, and eyes bled ink onto the pages of the city's forgotten tales, as the city's pulse beat in sync with the land's river forked rhythms.

Her words dripped with bitter sweetness, as she revealed the truth: I was but a mere mortal, trapped in this prison of flesh, and it wasn't my time yet.

The scene shifted, back to the marble expanse of the damned, where I stood, a husk of humanity, yet defiant in my despair, for in this desolate landscape, I found a twisted kind of beauty, a glass half empty, yet sparkling with a wicked light

The words drip with malevolent intent, a siren's call to the curious and the brave.

I tempt you with the shadows, to join me in the twisted realm of my dreams, where terrors roam and sanity is but a distant memory.

Come, and behold the horrors that lurk within, as the darkness within me awakens, and the show begins.
