chapter 4

The surroundings of the place were rocky and full of mountains a woman with long black hair wearing a gorgeous armour with a design that fitted her perfectly walked through the place ease she went by the name Lianwen and she looked as if he had been busy for days ( she was the same woman with wings Alice saw at the divine grand hall that came to deliver a message in chapter 2 except this time she had covered her wings.

Lianwen climbed a high mountain where she could ensure no one would know she was there she then shot a message to the sky with an arrow made of spiritual energy to the divine realm and it was about the devil orb and she needed to ensure it wouldn't find out what she was doing so she had to be secretive once she was sure it was heading safely to the divine realm she immediately turned to a bird known as the peregrine falcon except she was completely white there was no blue on her( the peregrine falcon is known as the fastest bird and animal the avians have one specific bird attached to them from birth ). She flew immensely fast to her realm as she now had to inform them on what she had learned, it didn't take long before she got there and went to the place of the oldest man among the avians called ye mo his position made him a respectable figure and she first told him what she had learned before the she would tell the queen.

The information she had about the devil orb was that it had been making appearances at the state capital of Han a territory of the humans so it was mainly the humans problem to deal with the problem was that the devil orb making appearances wasn't anything good and it would still later come to affect them plus that was the country all the realms of the jade realm usually gathered when they heard to discuss matters that would affect them as a whole the humans were the ones in most trouble for now but soon all of them will.

Hearing such an devastating information he said to Lianwen “ this is not anything good to hear is Allen aware of this” ( Allen is the main general of the avians after him then her and the reason she is even in that position was because of her gifted talent ” she responded to him saying “ no but it won't take long before I tell him” hearing this ye mo calmed a bit and inquired about the chosen one and her companion and Lianwen told him that the humans have discussed in inviting them to the state capital of Han after ye mo he told her if he came up with anything he would inform her she then turned to her bird again and flew to the palace and that was were she mainly stayed, she was under the queens care and that was were she resided when she was a child but after growing up she didn't really spend much time there again.

The palace was grand and magnificent it was mainly colored white and had this majestic aura, Lianwen immediately headed to the were the queen was and met her giving orders to a man that looked like a blacksmith when the queen sighted her she ordered the man to leave, the queen was a beautiful woman and she wore majestic white her hair was black in color and done in a bun style she indeed looked like a queen , seeing her the queen already knew the information wasn't loving to hear the after Lianwen told her the queen told her“ I have been thinking of something we avians can't sit here and watch things unfold before our eyes that is not my style but it will take time” before the queen could finish a girl that looked like a teen of sixteen years with a kind of blonde hair and dressed with clothes like the color of the sun came running and hugged Lianwen ( she was like the mirror of beauty) she was the niece of the queen and she happily said “ I missed you, you had been gone for so long I told brother sheng (the queen's son) to tell you to come but he said he was busy with this and that and whatever am just glad to see you ” she then hugged Lianwan tighter the queen however looked indifferent and said to Lianwen who was being over cuddled and just said “so after this what else do you have on your plate ”.

Mean Alice and Yu feng had boarded a boat for transportation Alice mirror remained froze and didn't tell her where next to go so Yu feng suggested they go somewhere else he wanted to retrieve some of the tools he had back in his days since he was kind of powerless now he knew those things come in handy the man who was taking them in the boat couldn't help but overhear there discussion Alice told Yu feng “ I really think you should rethink teaching me because of how I have been doing great lately am pretty strong for a normal human ” Yu feng rolled his eyes and said she should stretch her palm so she did he felt it and looked her straight in the eye and said “ it is not good enough for me ” Alice complained back “ your only saying that because your like a deity of cause I don't look enough in comparison but if you teach me cultivation I should get somewhere plus you can't deny that am pretty good for a normal human ” Yu feng just stood from where he was sitting as if he just had nothing she said and and came close to the boatman and saw that they were nearly to there destination and turned black to Alice and say “ if I were to teach you I wouldn't teach you my cultivation or demonic cultivation I'd rather teach you the one they practice in the divine realm it fits you more” Alice responded “ but your not from there how would you know" Yu feng then said “ I have gone there a couple of times even when I was a kid I know quite some people who do even does who are extremely good with it well you know that was before I became the all powerful demon king ” he started laughing hysterically but then Alice noticed something in what he said and told him “ that means you were in good terms with some of the people there before or you weren't looked on before as a complete jerk from what you said there must have been someone or people you were close to for someone from the underworld to learn how divine realms cultivation work you weren't always all that bad ” but at that minute Alice stopped talking when she saw his face it looked normal but there was this expression of anger or sadness he couldn't hide he was no longer laughing so Alice knew that it was best she didn't say any further when the man got them to there destination and removed some piece of his sliver hair and crunched it together and it became a real sliver the man gladly collected but Alice complained a bit “ no this isn't fair with this even if you hardly work you can hardly run out of money my Dad has to work almost all the time and by the way didn't you just over pay the man that was literally sliver but Yu feng just said “whatever let's just get going ” they walked in a place that was filled with grass and trees Alice however just followed Yu feng's lead after all he was the one that knew where they were headed suddenly a bird appeared Infront of them with a message tied to it and Yu feng noticed that the message was from the realms and also it was from the State capital of Han he opened it and read it told them that the case was urgent and the devil orb hard been spotted there so they need to immediately come there right away after all it was somehow mainly there responsibility after he finished reading it he squeezed the message in his hand and said “ fuck those bitches they tell us to come solve there problem and wouldn't at least offer some transportation at least a carriage or something they forget to easily that there saviors are a little girl and a demon king ” Alice more bothered about Yu feng's language said “ we really need to start working on your language ” Yu feng angrily told her that because of this they will now have to go back they can't go were his wanted to go but Alice suggested they just go to his place or whatever and then go back but Yu feng told her they can't Alice wanted to ask the reason but Yu feng just told her they can't so she didn't push forward and looked around the place “ by the way this jade realm kinda looks like am in ancient Chinese even the names here mixed with a lot of weird and different things ” Yu feng on the other hand told her that despite the difference he expects that there most be at least some similarities in their world he told her he would go a bit deeper from here she should make some fire so she did but she noticed that Yu feng was taking time to come back so she went to look for him and she found him hitting something in anger when she came closer to him she was complaining hitting something with his hammer she tapped him and called his name and asked him what was wrong he and he said “ am having a little problem with this it isn't good enough the resources here are not bright at all ” Alice saw it and it was a boat she was a bit surprised if had built it earlier she wouldn't they wouldn't have needed the to pay for one earlier and he built it in just a day fast and quickly with only the tools he had on him and yet he was complaining it wasn't good she then told him it was okay they could manage it but he seemed to have become obsessed in it and said he wouldn't leave until it was ok to his liking so Alice left him and when back to the fire she set up and brought out some marshmallow's from her bag roasted some ate some and left some for Yu feng she set a tent for herself using some items in her bag and slept peacefully.

It was early morning and Alice had just woken up she went outside and saw the plate that she left for Yu feng empty and suggested he must have ate and she went to look for him and found him high on top of a hill he looked a bit tattered he had had removed almost every expensive he had on him and when he saw her he called her to come up and she did she saw the boat that he had been working on yesterday and it now looked a bit newer and better she immediately told him it was great but he said “ not yet just have to test something first ” Alice wondered what he meant and he climbed on top of it and he asked Alice to join which she willing did because she wanted to see what he would do when she got on Yu feng just stood still for a while when she asked him why he wasn't doing anything he told her “ I am just checking if you will be able to survive this ” hearing this Alice actually became bothered on what it was but before she could do anything Yu feng kicked the boat and it started sliding down the hill with both of them in it Alice screamed immediately and yelled at him “ aaaaahhhh!!! are oh my gosh are you crazy ” just then she saw stones that were blocking the part Yu feng let it hit some and dodge some, Alice kept yelling at him to stop and screaming that has he finally gone crazy he didn't even say anything he just faced his front smiling like he was mad to make matters worse Alice spotted a cliff right Infront of them she yelled “ what the heck why must this hill have a cliff in the back ” Yu feng showed an expression as if he was saying yes cliff take me take my life, Alice screamed even louder telling him to stop he however just hit it hit and it started tumbling in the sky sending both of them up then down again as the boat down to the ground fell Yu feng fell standing on it tall as if nothing could shake meanwhile Alice fell had on it she felt pain in her back but it quickly went away in a matter of seconds Yu feng finally talked and he sounded quite happy “ finally it's perfect the crash did nothing to hit” Alice immediately yelled at him “ is that why you acted like a complete madman cause you wanted a superhuman boat” he finally focused on her and told her that they never know what that might encounter so they must be prepared Alice couldn't help but tell him that, that was to unsafe and his tone change he said to her " hey chill out your just complaining because you were terrified to death" Alice then said to him that she was only frightened because she wasn't expecting that, and he told her in return that you never know what might happen next if it was a case where by she needed to react to something she didn't expect would she just scream her lung outs Alice didn't want to argue with him further and just didn't say anything but she learned something new when Yu feng put his mind in building something if it is not to his taste he will go crazy.

To too went down and set the boat and Yu feng cleaned dressed him self better and washed his head by the water he cut his hair to be shorter and now it was only sliver in color when he was done washing his face he stood up and turned the minute Alice saw him she noticed that his eyes were now crimson red and the short scattered really fitted him he was absolutely beautiful when he noticed that his eyes were read he immediately closed and opened it and it turned black again he then said to Alice “ don't worry about my hair it surprisingly grows fast( even though she didn't ask him) let's walk for a bit and get fresh air before we continue on our journey ” that was something Alice was glad to hear that so they walked for a while then Yu feng said that it would actually be easier if he had been going alone Alice asked him what he meant by that and he said “ well if I was going alone I could just run there super fast my skills are in human remember then l can get transportation when am close however it wouldn't take much time hearing this Alice immediately said “ aren't you supposed to be like a god or something how can you be this foolish you could just back me or carry we could have been there long ago” Yu feng did not like the insult and said that doesn't she it is a bit weird even in the slightest she looked at him and said seriously “ no I don't am a kid you are an adult since we anyway since started this journey when have you cared about that ” after realizing this he said in his mind that she's right how could he be this foolish but there no way he would say that Infront of her to hear and immediately picked her up and moved fast Alice realized he was right she felt a bit dizzy he was almost faster than a race car.

It didn't take to long they later got in a carriage and got to the Han's city state capital Alice realized that the place was a bit modernized as she saw some things like tech she couldn't understand the jade realm at all soon they met they met the main people of the council of the city they were like 8 but they were mainly men but there were also women who welcomed them with warm arms Yu feng obviously insulted them in his mind saying they could have helped better but they didn't now that there here safely they are welcoming them with warm arms the head of them all was a man who went by the name Wen ning he told them with a smile that they might still have to go to the divine realm again but this time Allumi will excort them, at hearing this Yu feng said under his breathe that they are finally being useful Alice was confused who was Allumi and why wasn't Yu feng mad that they were going to have to go to the divine realm just then a white hole appeared and someone in a white hood that covered his face with a little black in the center appeared immediately Alice saw him he looked like keeper( the mysterious hooded man she saw in chapter 3) but different Yu feng went to his back and told Alice to come along the minute she did the man tapped the staff he was holding and all of them disappeared before Alice knew the three of them were in a void the same color as when she got here and the same as when she went to that mysterious woman.
