Athymathy was faced with a situation that would likely end badly on her side. Reverin looked at her with a sharp gaze, ready to cast a spell on her own sister! But has he ever considered Athymathy as his own sibling...?

" Reverin..." — She said faintly.

" What..? Don't utter my name with your filthy mouth. " — His expression showed pure disgust.

" ... There's... plenty of space for you to move around here. " [ I can't understand why he's acting like this, I always thought he was mature but he's technically still a kid riding not a horse but a Pegasus.] — She pointed on all four directions, even using her own arms to measure the distance between herself and both book shelves which was plenty enough for him to walk by. —

" I don't want to move to the side or any of that sort! As someone of noble status and exceptional magic, you should be bowing down to me in fact !. " — His voice raised while also stomping on the ground a bit.

" You're still a young boy, maybe I raised my expectations a bit too high for you." — She walked passed Reverin, letting out a deep sigh. [ I can't deal with you now. I have bigger things to worry about. ]

— For the first time in his life, being told that he failed to meet certain expectations, such filled him with rage. He held her wrist, his grip being insanely strong due to an instant buff spell. " What...did you say to me? I failed to meet your expectations?? what expectations could you have possibly ever had ?! You?! Athymathy, a failure!Nobody! Unknown to the world!! I'm sure a few people heard him...what a predicament I've gotten myself into, it's not the same as Mistress Nicole who actually left a sour taste in my mouth...but Reverin is still a child, I'm a few years older...just a year away from my twenties but I still lived long enough to tell right or wrong, young or stupid or old and wise ...Reverin...] — She remained silent.

The tension between them was serious but Reverin's anger began to subside as his hand pulled back. They both remained silent before Reverin took the first step and walked forward, Athymathy doing the same.

Athymathy was now in another section of the Library, this time it gave the feeling of a sunny day out in the forest. There were a few trees and flowers, adding to the aesthetic and the calming effect. Athymathy took a liking to the section.

" And here they are. " — She picked out a few books before walking away and placing them on the table, with a smile filled with satisfaction, she sat down on her chair and took the first book. “ History of Magic, first Edition. A book that touches on magic but most importantly, the history of it and the world war also known as the great calamity.”

You shelter her from these dangers and allow daggers and poisoned arrows to stab your back, you mustn't protect her from everything...she needs to learn. — At the moment he was serious and stern but his voice lowered with a tiny bit of worry, his mood sunken as his pupils looked down.

Venska D. Veeygra was the Queen of the Okiluarn Kingdom, a Kingdom that was soon going to be recognised as an Empire due to it's achievements. Ogriek was once a trusted Knight, now serving as the Queen's personal Knight and at times, advisor. The two built a strong relationship of trust and respect due to their differences and their achievements. However, as respected as she was. Venska also recieved backlash due to being the only ruler and not having anyone rule beside her.

The Veeygra family has always produced exceptional Queen's while the men were thrown into the battlefield or live in high society with a good status, of course the Queen's were also thrown into the battlefield as it was mandatory for them to learn how to fight, this tradition has went on for 230 years until now. Times have changed.

People now see that one ruler is no longer enough.

Misogyny grew and so did the power struggle. In the eyes of many, it was no longer acceptable to have a woman lead a Kingdom alone. Most of these eyes were from the outside.

The public could never agree on one thing, this lead to division. Groups formed, opposing one another due to the Queen singlehandedly ruling the Kingdom. They only needed time until an uprising would begin.

So Venska had no other choice...

But to marry off her daughter out of peace and safety
