Chapter XII
A day, so bright, warm and fruitful. But the sun's warm rays never reached the Vonsuen Estate excluding the East side of the state. So it was more so dark and gloomy for them.
Athymathy had woken up, dressed herself and packed a few books in her bag.
「Maid」Sume
" My Lady, where are you going? "
「Maid」Angel
" Sume! How could you ask that? Of course she's headed to the Jewelry Shop!! "
— She clenched her fists and raised them up high —
" and IT'S LAS DEÚX!! '
「Maid」Angel
" THE BEST JEWELRY SHOP IN THE CAPITAL CITY!!! "

「Maid」Angel
— She scoffed as she rubbed her chin, feeling confident in herself. —

「Maid」Angel

— Closed her bag and strapped it on her left shoulder.

「Maid」Angel

" How do you know that I always go to the Jewelry Shop? If memory serves, you started serving me 6 days ago and now suddenly you even know my favourite places?..
Athymathy's gaze was sharp, a sword poised to the heart, ready to plunge forward. Angel had no words,she knew not of what to say. Being in Athymathy's presence she thought too casually causing her to lack behind and speak in such a friendly and cozy manner. Sume could only watch
Although Sume and Angel are good friends, she stood back, not even trying to defend Angel. Was this the price Angel had to pay for being so casual with those above her? Sume understood the position she was in and was always the anchor that kept Angel in her place until now...
「Maid」Angel
— She sniffed a bit as she looked down, not even attempting to steal a glance at her. —
"..."
Athymathy St.Vonsuen
" Oh my Angel, how kind of you! To even go as far as knowing all of that. But I'm not going outside, I'm going to the library..."
—She walked forward, passing by Angel as she stood infront of the doors that seperated her room from the cold and desolate hallway that awaits for her. —
「Maid」Angel

— She raised her head up a bit and turned to look at her, her fear slowly subsiding as she saw how calm and unbothered her lady was.

" No, you have yet to be forgiven. You spoke far too casually, listened to rumours made up by folks who reside in the streets and acted as if you know me when you don't. "
" I'm leaving now, Sume I trust that you will take care of everything while I'm off. I'll deal with you Angel later. "
— She opened the doors and walked out, leaving one to close while the other left a small opening.
Angel gulped before plummeting to the ground. Weak and defeated, she didn't understand why Athymathy reacted in such a way. Did something perhaps happen? Did Athymathy change? How so? Questions she likely asked herself. Sume watched Angel, her eyes cold and distant. Her very own friend was on her knees, out of shock and fear, she knew how Angel always helps and she herself wanted to help.
But she knew she couldn't or more so didn't want too. Being Angel's anchor,her shackles and handcuffs. Keeping her far from trouble and always drawing the line for her, this is what Sume had always done for Angel but this time it was different...Angel learnt on her own. She experienced consequences that could possibly hold severity and likely get her reputation tarnished or thrown out of the state all together. It was a newfound experience that Angel has never thought she could possibly go through ever in her entire life time.
Truly...a moment of pity...
Athymathy was walking around the library floors, searching for books to better understand her world.
Athymathy St.Vonsuen
" hmm... "
[ I've been on this world for so many years yet I know so little of it. I never got the chance to go to the Academy, I was never interested in books. Just makeup and parties to help cover up my insecurities...]
— She sighed a little as she pushed several books aside, her quest for finding books went on.
Athymathy St.Vonsuen
[ But now, everything is different. I have to go to school. I must follow what the Saintess said and if what she said is true...then I may possibly have a lead on finding this God that will tell me everything. ]
" This God...I must find him or else...."

— She grabbed a book and brought it closer to her chest, hugging it tightly....a ting of worry washed over her. —
Athymathy felt as if all she was doing could possibly be for nothing, so she feared deeply that the amount of work and effort she was about to put in..
During her moment of worry, she heard a voice, deep and husky yet feminine.

" Believe the Saintess..."
The voice said.

" Believe the Saintess?? "
— She turned left and right trying to figure out who was there yet she saw no one. —
" The Saintess has never lied, she has never been wrong so believe. "
The voice spoke again.

" What...who are you? Saintess? Saintess Aurelia..??? "
— She backed up to a shelf with a stack of books.

— With no doubt she was deeply perplexed.

Athymathy immediately turned to see someone else in the same space as her's, a boy with a much younger appearance and shorter than Athymathy , he is well respected in the Family due to his talents.

Reverin St.Vonsuen
" You're so embarassing, I said move it. "
— He crossed his arms, his glare sharpening the longer she stood there.
Reverin St.Vonsuen
" Perhaps you've lost your sense of hearing, wouldn't be a suprise. Now move aside, I don't want to talk to filth, I've given you enough attention already. "
— As stern as he was he was also pretty smug about it
