[Living room setup, with Aunt Liy setting the dinner table. Luca enters.]

Chiara: Who are the guests coming for dinner tonight, Luca?

Luca: My special guest is coming, Mother. Please make sure you and your kids do not show yourselves.

Chiara: Luca, why can't I be a part of the dinner?

Luca: [in a bold tone] I don't want you or your kids ruining the evening. You know I can't stand you or them.

Chiara: But Luca, we're family...

Luca: [interrupting] Family? You and your kids are not my family. I've tolerated enough of your presence. Just stay out of sight tonight.

Chiara: [hurt] Luca, please...

Luca: [firmly] No, Mother. I've made my decision. Do as I say.

[Luca was waiting for guests in his room looking for documents.]

[Roni enters the room confidently, approaching Luca who is reviewing some documents.]

Roni: (smirking) Hey man, I want to apply for the post of CEO in Romano Company.

Luca: (confused) What? But I and Mother had the only shares of the company.

[Mother Chiara: enters into the room ]

Mother Chiara: I will give my shares to Roni.

Luca: is visibly shocked.

Luca: (stuttering) But, that's... that's not how it works. Uncle Sha has 10%, Mother Chiara has 40%, and I have 40%, plus only married man and who have 50% share, can apply for the post of CEO in Romano company as you know Mother if you give your shares to him he can't get it.

Mother Chiara: Not anymore. Roni deserves this opportunity.

Luca: hah.. Mother nice try. But not worth.

Roni: Looks like the rules are changing, bro.

Aunt Liy: (excitedly) Luca sir, the guests have arrived!

Luca: (nodding) Okay, let them in. I'm coming. (turns to his mother) Please do as I said. We'll talk about it later. Now, go.

[Aunt Liy exits, Luca prepares to welcome the guests. Uncle Sha enters, holding a bouquet of lavender flowers]

Uncle Sha: (smiling warmly) Luca, my boy! (presents the bouquet) These are for you.

Luca: (accepting the flowers) Thank you, Uncle Sha. (glancing around) What about your daughter? I mean, she is not with you.

Uncle Sha: (pauses) As you know, son, she doesn't like dinner or anything like that. She's so into art and music, so she's at home. Sorry.

Luca: (understanding) Uncle Sha, no problem at all. I was just asking. It's good for us, you know, so we can talk. I have something important to discuss with you.

[The conversation continues as they settle in, with Luca and Uncle Sha engaging in a heartfelt discussion.]

Roni: Mother, she's my girlfriend. I want to make this announcement that we've decided to marry.

Now I can apply for the CEO post.

Mother: Yes, my dear. Now no one can stop us.

[One month later, at the CEO selection ceremony. In the meeting room, members are sitting. Roni and Chiara entered to apply for the CEO position.]

Member 1: We were just about to make a decision.

Member 2: yes but Luca is not here yet we should wait for him

[And then, boom! Luca enters the room confidently saying he has 50% shares of the company and can also apply for the CEO post in his father's company.]

[Roni and his mother exchange shocked glances.]

Member 3: Luca, who gave you the shares?

Uncle Sha (entering the room): I gave my shares to Luca Romano.

[Silence fills the room as the members, Roni, and his mother process the new information.]

Roni: This changes everything.

Mother: Indeed. We have our work cut out for us.

Luca: (smirking) May the best candidate win.

[The tension in the room thickens as the CEO selection process takes an unexpected turn.]

MEMBER 1: So, you're saying that the CEO position goes to whoever gets married first?

MEMBER 2: That's right. Let the race to the altar begin.

Luca: What?! That's absolute madness! We can't base the CEO decision on who gets married first.

Uncle Sha: I can't believe this! How can such an important decision be dependent on something so trivial?

Roni: [excitedly] Well, this adds a bit of spice to the competition, doesn't it?

Chiara: [gleefully] I've been hinting at marriage to my son for weeks now. Looks like I have an incentive to speed things up!

Luca: This is beyond absurd. We need to focus on qualifications and experience, not personal life events.

Uncle Sha: I agree. This is a recipe for disaster.

Roni: Oh, come on! It's a fun twist. Besides, it's not like we have control over the decision. Let’s make the most of it.

Chiara: I say bring it on! I'm ready to win this race to the altar.

Luca: [sighs] Well, I suppose we have no choice but to play along. But mark my words, this decision-making process is far from ideal.

[Uncle Sha's expression darkened.]

Uncle sha: "What... So he's also a member of our company now."

[The tension in the room was palpable, a storm brewing both inside and outside. The dinner that night was supposed to be a celebration, but it had turned into a battlefield of hidden agendas and family secrets. As the lightning illuminated the room, casting sinister shadows on the walls, Luca and Uncle Sha exchanged a knowing glance. The battle for the Romano Company had only just begun. And the stakes were higher than anyone had anticipated.]
