The opened dungeon

"Ah... Literally stop overestimating me...!" I groaned out of frustration as I started to summon portals without a pause, it almost seems like I'm assisting all the offense hunters.

Once we arrived in the address of dungeon break, low rank monsters are already scattered all across the streets.

But that's not what have been concerning me... I don't mind the hoard, truly. What I mind is the type of monsters the hoard is made out of.

I hate centipedes…!

I feel like I'll puke every time I see a centipede crawling its way to me with its disgustingly long and numerous legs, I shiver just thinking how it will feel when it reached me.

Luckily, lower ranks hunters are in charge of defending me while I give assist to the offense crew.

"Elise!" one hunter called out while he's in a stance that looks like he's preparing to shoot from above, I nodded at him and a portal appeared bellow him.

He fell in it instantly and the exit portal is located above a mounting hoard of the monster centipedes, he then put his palm towards the mountain and when he fell, he slid his fingers among as many centipedes as he can...

...and they all turned into some type of liquid.

"Nice assist!" He gave me a thumbs up before leaving to another point while I just give him a dumbfounded nod.

They're all so strong...

"Elise, I need you to teleport them all in the air!" Jin, the bear-like man who kept on talking to me earlier, reached my shoulder and I froze.

A-All of them...?

My mouth went dry, I was about to refuse, but he already went, "W-Wait what are you doing...?!" my voice gradually turned into a scream as I hurriedly opened numerous portals to keep them suspended in the air as soon as I saw how he's about to hit the ground with all his might.

As soon as all hunters were in the air except for Jin, his fists landed on the ground and multiple sharp vines emerged and knocked half of the centipede population dead.

I froze at the sight "Just what would happen if I'm just a second late...?" I mumbled to myself, bewildered by the sight of green monster blood everywhere.

The sharp plants disappeared as they went back under the ground and the hunters in the air all killed the remaining centipedes as soon as they landed.

As soon as the green bloodbath ended, I dropped to my knees "Elise!" one of the hunters that have been covering me supported me.

"What did I just see...?" my jaw is hanged open as I tried to register just how much I did just a few seconds ago.

I didn't know my aspect can do that much...!

I looked at my palms in bewilderment, "Are you out of mana?" I recognized that cold voice, it's from Theron.

"No... I'm just shocked."

"Then get ready to assist me."

"What?"

I looked at him in shock as he went on fighting stance, "I'll just continue attacking, you're in charge of where my hits will land." He explained as his hands started to grow green.

"This is not a nice joke, you can get killed!" I argued, but a loud roar almost made me go deaf.

I slowly turned my eyes back to the open dungeon and saw large claws attempting to escape the portal, I gulped "Why is it so big...?"

"It's small for me, S rank monsters are bigger..." He answered which made my blood run cold.

I will go against that...?

I heard him sigh, "Since you're a newbie I'll explain my plan." He calmed down for a second and looked down at me who's still kneeling on the ground.

"We're going to try and push the boss back in the dungeon, then we'll enter and finish him off inside." He vaguely explained which made my blood boil, that's all? And I'm supposed to control the flow?

I'm so nervous... I bit my tongue, but I can't help but love the anticipation "Let's go." I simply said and cracked my fingers.

I saw him display a short smirk before hid hands grew green and vines started violently emerging from the land, he has the same aspect as Jin?!

But that's impossible! Every aspect is unique, that's natural law!

Without a word, those vines all curled up into a large ball and forcefully hit the boss in the body making it let out a loud cry.

"Assist!" He shouted before he ran towards the portal in an inhuman speed and added another blow to the boss by punching its body.

I opened a portal in front of me and ran in it and summoned an exit portal right in front of the dungeon.

My speed increased...?

"You're pretty fast." I heard him comment as he ran beside me, he immediately left me behind and went for the boss who's pinned on a mountain after his punch.

I stopped in my tracks and focused on the scene in front of me, he's going to start attacking.

I opened a portal in front of his path and zoomed right in and exited right in front of giants chest and slammed his fists on it.

When he started falling, the giant attempted to give buck the hit, but I opened a portal and teleported his punch to the nearby hill on its right side and teleported Theron on its left.

The rocks broke into pieces as it's fist sunk into the rock hill.

The broken rocks started glowing green as Theron manipulated it and threw it forcefully to the giants, casually breaking its face.

He then ran again and at the same time, the same sharp vines appeared, and I teleported him and the vines to appear on top of the giants head...

...and the vines pierced right through his skull while Theron delivered the final blow with a punch from above that broke the giants' spine into two.

As he fell down, I moved him to my side by opening a portal under him.

The giants head rolled on the ground with broken vines still piercing it from above and ripping out under the chin.

Theron panted our as he put his hands on his waist, "Not bad, newbie." He complimented, and I just nodded along, still not believing what I just did.

"What the hell..." I heard the familiar voice of Jin coming from behind us.

I turned my head to look at them and saw all the hunters look at us from outside the gate of the dungeon, all shocked.

"That's some crazy coordination right there..." He absentmindedly complimented, and the other shocked hunters nodded along.

"Uhm... I'll take that as a sign that I did well assisting." I mumbled to myself, confused by their reaction.
