Episode 14: Stay by my side

Reena was cleaning the house like usual. But, her mother came to the place. "Such a disgusting place. This is a place my daughter learned?!", the woman said. The queen bodyguards knocked on the gate. Reena opened the gate. The queen didn't like how she was wearing a lowly commoner outfit. "Reena. It's time for you to go home.", the queen ordered her. "Mother... I won't go back. I'm not going to marry that person!", she said. Her mother was angry, "You didn't even ascend. You think you were allowed to say that?!", her mother was in rage. She smirked and laughed. "What's so funny.", the queen implied. "Mother. For the sake of your knowledge. I've ascended long ago.", she burst out her aura a bit.

Her mother couldn't believe that she really did ascend. But, her mother still didn't want her to stay. "No. I will stay. Like it or not.", Reena looked at her mother fiercely. "You dare to disobey your own mother?!", the queen was mad. Reena takes off her tiara. Her mother didn't allow her. "Reena. Put that back on.", the queen said. "I, Reena Rais. Leaving my bloodline rightful throne.", the spirit of her kingdom was shocked by her decision. Since she could rightfully have the throne already due to her being an ascent cultivator.

The queen was mad. Reena takes back the broom and continues sweeping the path. The queen left and got to her kingdom with bad news. The other elders didn't like how it turns out as their ancestors'spirits are wishing for her to be the rightful queen.

Then, a few hours later, Ayu got back to the house. "Oh, Reena. Cleaning again?", Ayu asked. "Oh, teacher. Yes. I am cleaning. Do you need anything?", Reena asked while smiling and watering plants.

"I want to know, did someone come? I saw some footsteps.", Ayu said. Reena nodded and said that her mother came. "The queen?! Why did she come?", Ayu asked. "My mother came to bring me home. But, I refused.", Reena said. "Why? Is something wrong? You already ascend, didn't that the condition your mother put?", Ayu asked. "Yes, my mother told me, I could be free if I ascended. But, she couldn't accept that I truly ascended. So, she tried to brute force.", Reena said. "Then?", Ayu asked. Reena just shook her head saying nothing happened, and her mother left.

Reena went to the kitchen to cook their lunch. "Your cook is always good, Reena!", Ayu said. "Well, teacher cooking is unique and good too.", Reena said happily. And they enjoyed their lunch. Someone tried to break into the place. But, they couldn't get inside. And anything they do seems useless. So, they leave.

The next day, Ayu woke up and was about to go on a long journey. "Reena, make sure to keep the house in how it is used, okay? I will go for a while.", Ayu said. "Where are you going, teacher?", Reena asked. "I'm going to uh... Hell. Yeah. That's all.", Ayu said. "Hell? How do teacher intend to go there? Isn't that a mythical place?", Reena said. "Well, the hell I'm going to be called Nether. So, it's something like hell but not really hell.", Ayu said. Reena didn't understand , but she just packed a lunch for her teacher for a safe ride.

"Alright, Reena. I will bring some souvenir home. Bye.", Ayu went to a portal that looked odd to Reena. And Reena was just cleaning the house like usual.

During her expedition to hell, she found many monsters drops and decided to transmute them into EMC points. She took every piece of block and transmuted it into points. She found many new strange things. Including some useful and unique items.

"Oh, what is this? A set of cultivation manual? Might as well copy it into EMC.", Ayu said and turned them into points and realized that it gave an empty manual book. She realized it was too late, but it seems like the knowledge has been passed to her. So, she just needs to craft the manuals to get it.

Ayu went to many dungeons in hell, and she takes as many treasures there is to offer. She remembered that there is a book called Tome of Knowledge. She looks at its recipe. But, it didn't show, saying she didn't acquire enough knowledge to craft it. "Hey, [ Just Enough Item ] how a good deal of knowledge do I need to unlock the Tome of Knowledge?", Ayu asked. [ Just Enough Item ] showed her a huge list of mods, histories, crafts, technologies and more. Totaling over 3 Decillions. "That's a lot, but if I have it. I can actually unlock all recipes and their crafts, right? Meaning, I can get powerful stuff!", Ayu said. "But, still. Do I really need 3 Decillions of knowledge?", Ayu implied. "I'm not even that smart. Oh, right. Training Book. Maybe I can ask Curse Forge to give me a Tome of Knowledge! But, I don't want easy stuff. I hope she gave me a lot of trouble if I was allowed.", Ayu said.

A few months later, Ayu got home and saw Reena. "Good morning, teacher.", Reena said. "Oh, morning, Reena. How long have I been gone?", Ayu said. "Almost a year. You sure take your time.", Reena pouts. "Sorry sorry. But, I found this. I have no use for it. Maybe you do?", Ayu gave Reena an item. Reena was happy that she was remembered, but she was shocked to know that her teacher gave her a legendary item. "Teacher. Can I really have this?", Reena was so shocked that her hands were shivering. "Hm? Oh, yes. Why? Do you dislike it? I thought you might like it. It said this item is likeable by all ascent cultivators.", Ayu said. "If you know that, why give me? This item is so rare! That being said to be only made 3,000 units.", Reena shouted. "Is it bad? If I want it, I can just make it too.", Ayu said nonchalantly. Reena forgot that her teacher is a powerful person in the world. "There is no use arguing with you, teacher. But, all I want to say is. Welcome back, teacher.", Reena just smiled.
