Episode 13: Your disciple forever

After knowing Reena's condition, Ayu decided to teach her. "Alright, hold my hand and close your eyes.", Ayu said. Reena held Ayu's hand and closed her eyes. A few moments later, she was somewhere else. "Open your eyes, Reena.", Ayu said. Reena opened her eyes and was shocked.

"Where are we, teacher?", Reena asked. "Welcome to the world of Training Book.", Ayu said. "So, we're at a spatial place with time disorientation you said a while ago?", Reena asked. Ayu doesn't understand that but she just nods.

"What should I do first, teacher?", Reena looked at Ayu with expectations. "First, wear this. That outfit will hinder your aura. Which means it hides your true aura.", Ayu said. It was the first time Reena heard about it. But, when she hears that it hides the true aura. And the special forces saw her as white gold. Meaning she might be higher.

She saw that her rank was three times higher which is she being impure emerald rank. She didn't know that just sweeping leaves and cleaning windows could raise her ranks that much.

Furthermore, she didn't want to think much and decided to change the outfit right away. Likewise, she listens to what Ayu has to say. "Alright, first. Punch this training post.", Ayu smiled. "Just punching it, teacher?", Reena was confused. "Yes, but I want you to do it for 24 years straight.", Ayu smiled. Reena was flabbergasted. Surely, it's a joke. Or so she thought.

"You were serious, teacher?", Reena asked. "What? It's just 24 years. Which I think... Is uh ...", Ayu looks at [ Just Enough Item ] information. "Yeah, around 1 full day. Since we have about 39 days. It will be a long time. That's all I know.", Ayu smiled. "Teacher. Do you mean that for 24 years. Only 1 day has passed outside?", Reena asked. Ayu nods. "So, meaning... If I calculate it right. It should be around 900 years?!", Reena surprised. Ayu nods with a smile.

Reena didn't want to ask more. So, she didn't want to waste any time. She decided to punch the training post as much as she can. "Teacher, isn't this dangerous? This is a fatal poison, right?", Reena asked.

Ayu replied, "No, but it is fatal but I learned that fatal poison has weakened during rank pure diamond, and above and you're impure. So, you probably survived it. Though, fight it using your cultivation, okay?", Ayu guided her while Reena drank the fatal poison. It hurts a lot.

But, after constantly being fed with fatal poison for 13 months, Reena is able to suppress the fatal poison. "Teacher, may I know. What is this poison really called?", Reena asked. "Oh, the first fatal poison I gave you was White Gem Spider. The second one, Fierce Scorpion Stinger. Last one, Frenzy Blue Acid.", Ayu smiled. Reena couldn't believe that she survived three of the most lethal fatal poisons. Ayu said that she fed Reena with healing potions. Now, that explains everything about how she survived.

24 years has passed, Reena saw that her body has become hardened. Her soul purity is high and her qi feels like bursting out of her body "Teacher! Can I go ascend?", Reena asked. Ayu allowed her. Reena sits down and closes her eyes. It seems like a lot of thunder came towards Reena.

And then, she was completed. "Teacher! I've ascended!", Reena said. Ayu was confused. "Is that all you need to ascend?", Ayu asked. "Yes, teacher. This is how ascend works. Teacher also seem to have ascended.", Reena said happily. "Well, I thought you have to fight waves of monsters.", Ayu said.

Reena was surprised. "Teacher, can I ask?", Reena said and Ayu nodded. "Are you saying that you fought many monsters to ascend?", Reena clarified. Ayu nodded. "Teacher, that tribulation is for highest cultivation out there which they're not in this world. But, somewhere out there. It's called Armageddon, right?", Reena said. Ayu was surprised to know that Reena knows.

"Teacher, are you perhaps raised up again?", Reena asked. "Um...I think? Say, what is true primordial ascent?", Ayu asked. "True Primordial Ascent? I've never heard of it. Is that your rank, teacher?", Reena asked. Ayu nods. "Well, maybe it's the strongest? I don't know.", Reena said sadly. Ayu didn't mind it. So, they went out of the Training Book.

Reena was confused why her ascension was gone. "Ah, right. The truth is the Training Book just loosened up your limitations. Meaning, if you cultivate here now. You will easily breakthrough and ascend almost instantly.", Ayu clarified. Reena was confused by the rules. But, she tries to cultivate, and it was far easier than how she used to. She ascended immediately. The whole world could feel her pillar of massive aura.

"Teacher! This time, I've really ascended!", Reena said. Ayu was happy for her. "Since you're done. I supposed you're leaving?", Ayu replied sadly. "Are you throwing me away, teacher?", Reena was scared. "Well, you've earned what you wanted, right? So, you don't need to be here anymore, right?", Ayu said while scared of losing a friend. "If you say so teacher.", Reena said.

The next day, Ayu wakes up and was surprised that Reena was preparing foods for them. "Good morning, teacher. Breakfast is ready.", Reena smiled. "But... Why? Didn't you?", Ayu asked. "Teacher. Just because I've ascended. Doesn't mean I'm done. It's fine, right? To learn under you, forever?", Reena asked. Ayu smiled bitterly because she didn't want to lose Reena. She ate the food with Reena. It was the happiest moment, she currently ever had.
