Episode 2: Distraction

The next day, she wrote in her diary before going on a journey. She also brought her antique atlas for movable minimap. As she walked deeper into the forest, she felt the warmth of the sun while walking. She decided to take a break seeing her energy bar depleted, and she is both thirsty and hungry.

She builds a little picnic set area and makes sure there won't be anything trying to hunt her.

She filled up her hunger bar and thirst bar. Her satisfaction is full, and it seems like she gains a regeneration and some health plus.

"This is pure heaven. Crafting foods and eating them is much easier. Plus, I don't even need skills to make them. If I need skills, I would do a terrible job at it. Haha… Alright, now that I'm full. I should go look for people. Village or something. ", she wrote in her journal before setting off to find one.

She has been in the forest for a long time. Still couldn't find a village.

"Man... This sucks... I found loot and all. But, not a single village. So lonely...", she lay down on the ground and watched the stars.

She stands up and walks. Suddenly, she saw a stone that looks familiar.

"This... is a waystone! Might as well mine one for my future base", she mined it and continued her journey. She walks miles upon miles. Looking in her directions. There are so many ruins and stuff. Yet, not a single village. She was tired. She went to sleep. Days turned to a week. And suddenly a notification comes out. She takes her rewards everyday like usual but this time, she saw it gives one reward only. She was happy with the reward.

"This... This particular item is!", she exaggerated herself and jumped around in happiness. "I can't believe it! I have a village finder! Let's see. It said up to the North. Within 2,500 miles? That's quite a journey. Then, I will have to gear up... The blood moon is near.", she thought to herself and went to find a cave.

"Ah! I hate caves!", she holds her sword while facing monsters. Sometimes she was happy to find stuff. "Diamonds!", she screams as she runs towards it. But, was blocked by a lava golem.

"You again?! Why is there so much of you!", she tried dealing critical damages, but it was not much of a skill since the critical is only affected during fixed random critical. "This is frustrating. You're not even a boss. Yet you're so tough.", she's sighing and frustrated but immediately changes her mood and goes to the diamonds. And become happy.

She keeps on mining for hours and waits for time to turn day. "Oh, look. It's daytime. Better get out now. That was a great overhaul. Got some equipment and materials. Thank goodness I made 6 big backpacks. It was overflowing with valuables.", she went up on the surface. And breathe in the fresh air. "Ah… Fresh air after long night mining.", she continues her journey to find the village. But, she kept on being distracted by valuable stuff around her.
