Ep 4

" It's raining cats and dogs!!" exclaimed a student standing next to Yura.

" Yura do you have an umbrella?" a guy in the same year came up to her. He was the guy, which Yura was told by a friend that he had a crush on her. She was not interested though.

"Yes I do!" Yura lied because she didn't want to somehow get involved with the guy.

"oh ok.."

After a couple of silence seconds, the guy bid goodbye as his friends called out to him. Yura could hear his friends teasing him about his courage to ask her. The guy was handsome and friendly, but she was not interested in him at all.

After a few seconds of realization that all the students have left the school and Yura was there standing under the protection of the building waiting for the rain to at least die down, she was scared because it was getting quite late and she had to attend her korean session.

Suddenly, a voice came from behind her," Yura" It was Jaemun.

" Mr.Jaemun? I thought you left for the cafe?" Yura asked curiously.

" OH I was going to text you that I will be late, but I guess we might have to change plans" Jaemun replied.

" Should we do it here?" Jaemun asked.

" I guess there is no other choice."

The two had stayed behind for the session. Like usual, they took an hour to wrap everything up. However, the rain was still pouring nonstop.

" How will I get home?" Yura asked herself.

" I thought you had an umbrella" Jaemun looked at Yura with a surprised expression.

" You heard that?... I lied because I knew that if I was to tell the truth, that guy would follow me and hold that umbrella for me. He... Well... it's uncomfortable," Yura explained," I was told that he had a crush on me, and I assumed that he knew that I knew. I didn't want to mislead him..."

" I see, but now you have no choice but to stay under my umbrella." Jaemun jokingly suggested as a part of him was relieved for whatever reasons he didn't know. All he knew was that he was glad that Yura didn't have an eye on any guys.

"Sure!"

The answer was quite heart-fluttering as both Yura and Jaemun realized that Yura would prefer using Jaemun's umbrella, meaning that they are comfortable with one another.

The two walked side by side as closed together as ever because neither of them wanted to get wet. Splashes of water can be heard as the two made their way out of the school towards the train station. Every time their shoulders touched, they felt each other's warm, causing their heart to unstoppablly skip a beat once every second. The awkward silence accompanied by each other's comfortable company made them felt weird and somehow guilty. What was that undeniable feeling blooming in their heart?

"Should I send you home?" Jaemun suddenly asked as soon as they reached the train station.

"It's fine Mr.Jaemun, I can go home just fine!" Yura who was taken by surprised, answered with a smile and continued " You should also head home. It's quite late,"

" I should, then, Bye! See you tomorrow, Yura" Mr. Jaemun uttered warmly.

That night, when both of them got home, they spent half an hour looking at the ceiling just to replay today's event in their head.

"I must be going crazy ...." Jaemun whispered as he covered his face with his hands.

" I shouldn't be doing this.... But it's seems warm and cozy...." Yura whispered as she hugged a pillow.

The two ended their day wondering if the other person felt the same way. However, Jaemun, in particular, felt guilty. He was an adult, yet Yura is still a teen. It was not suitable at all.
