Pure Imagination

"Oh, I'm sorry, I must have gotten lost in thought," Serena said, blushing as she looked up at her team leader.

"Is there anything else I can help with?" she asked, trying to sound professional and not like she had just been transported into a romance novel.

"Not right now, but make sure to stay focused," her team leader said, sounding slightly stern.

Serena nodded and returned to her work, trying not to let the image of the romantic hero fade away from her mind. She couldn't help but feel like there was something important she needed to do, something that had been left unfinished in the forest.

But for now, she had to focus on her job and make sure that she didn't let her daydreams get in the way of her work. She took a deep breath and returned to her computer, trying to forget about the events of her strange morning and focus on the data in front of her.

"Come on Sereena, it's just an imagination. It's not real" she said to her self.

Sereena sat at her desk, deeply immersed in her work. Her team leader had assigned her the task of writing a report on the company's financial performance, and she was determined to do a good job.

But as she worked, she couldn't help but feel a sense of unease growing within her. It was as if there was something important that was being overlooked, something that was just out of reach.

"Was it even really my pure imagination?.."

She tried to shake off the feeling, but it persisted, growing stronger with each passing minute.

Finally, she could take it no longer. She closed her laptop and stood up from her desk, determined to get to the bottom of her unease.

She made her way to the break room and poured herself a cup of coffee, hoping that the caffeine would help clear her head.

As she took a sip of her coffee, she noticed a newspaper sitting on the table. Without thinking, she picked it up and began to skim the headlines.

But it was not the news that caught her eye, it was an article in the lifestyle section about a new restaurant that had opened in the city.

The article described the restaurant as being a cozy and inviting space with incredible food and a heartwarming atmosphere. Suddenly, Sereena knew exactly what she needed to do. She grabbed her phone and called her best friend, who was a huge foodie.

"Emma, I need to take a break from work," she said, her voice urgent. "Let's go to that new restaurant we've been hearing so much about."

Without hesitation, her friend agreed, and they made plans to meet up at the restaurant that evening. As she hung up the phone, Sereena couldn't believe how silly she had been.

She had let her work get the best of her, and it was only when she took a step back and redirected her focus that she found the solution to her unease.

"I'm done with all the work sir! I'm going home"

Her team leader nodded. She packed up her laptop and headed out the door, ready to enjoy a night of delicious food and good company.

On her way to the restaurant, Serena felt a sense of excitement building in her chest. The night had the potential to be an unforgettable one, and she was eager to see what the restaurant had in store for her.

As she entered the warm, inviting atmosphere of the restaurant, she was hit with a wave of delicious aromas coming from the kitchen. She could already tell that this was going to be a memorable night, and she couldn't wait to try everything on the menu.

As she and her friend were seated, the waiter came to take their order. Despite the fact that there were so many delicious options, she found herself drawn to the chicken Parmesan, which sounded both comforting and delicious. Her friend, on the other hand, opted for the seafood linguine, which also sounded spectacular.

Finally, after what felt like hours of waiting, their meals arrived. The aroma alone was enough to make her mouth water, and she couldn't wait to dig in.

As she took her first bite, she was blown away by the flavor. The chicken was juicy and tender, and the cheese just melted in her mouth. It was like eating a hug from a warm blanket, and she was instantly hooked.

As she continued eating, she found herself completely absorbed in the meal. It was as if the rest of the world disappeared, and she was just left with the incredible flavor of the chicken Parmesan.

Before she knew it, her plate was empty, and she was left with nothing but a warm, satisfied feeling in her stomach. She looked over at her friend, who was also devouring her meal with a look of utter bliss on her face.

They exchanged a smile, knowing that they had both found something truly special in this restaurant. It was a night that they would never forget, and one that would be sure to leave a lasting impression on them both.

As they left the restaurant, satisfied and happy, they had no idea that their lives would never be the same. They had found something truly special in that restaurant, and it was a feeling that they would hold onto for the rest of their days.

"Emma I have question" Sereena asked while they both walking on the pavement.

"Will she gonna believe me?"
