Walking through the corridors, I searched for the class I'd been assigned, Class 1-A. I'd woken up late since I had basically dropped out of middle school and normally allowed to sleep in for as long as I wanted. Eventually, I found it (the door being the size of a giant) and stepped into the classroom. "Take your feet off of that desk now!" The navy-haired boy from the entrance exam ordered. "Huh?" A boy with ash blonde hair sarcastically said, acting like he hadn't heard him. Just my luck... I thought, not wanting to be ordered around by some kid the same age as me. But also the fact that the other boy was Bakugo, who knew who I was, what I looked like and that I ran away. "It's the first day and you're already disrespecting this academy by scuffing your feet on school property, creeten," The boy with glasses shouted, while doing robot movements with his arms. "You kidding me? Did your old school put a stick up your *** or were you born with it?!" Bakugo remarked, a nasty grin on his smug face. From behind me, some part of me thought someone was there and glanced over to see Midoriya. I quickly looked away and muttered, "Why me?" First, there's this annoying guy, next, there's Katsuki Bakugo and now we have Izuku Midoriya. All in the same class the I'm in, I thought, groaning slightly. "Both of you just shut up already, I feel like my eardrums are breaking just by the sound of your voices," I moaned, as the two stopped arguing and looked up at me. I was mentally praying Bakugo wouldn't recognize me, but just asked, "Who do you think your talking to?" I shrugged and muttered, "Someone with a big massive ego that's smaller than his brain." He was dumbfounded, as I picked a seat two desks back from Bakugo, his crimson eyes gazing over at Midoriya. "It's him," Iida (who I'd learnt the name of) said suddenly, as everyone turned to look at Midoriya. As all eyes landed on the moss-haired boy, he flushed completely red and said, "Uh hi!" "Good morning, my name is Tenya Iida," The navy-haired boy was cut off, as he strangely walked over to him at the doorway. "Y-Yeah, I know!" Midoriya interrupted and calmed himself down, "I'm Izuku Midoriya, it's super nice to meet you." Iida placed his hands at his side and said, "Midoriya, you realized there was more to the practical exam, didn't you? You must be very perceptive and I completely misjudged you, I admit as a student, your far superior to me."
The brunette that I'd helped save back at the entrance exam entered the classroom and cheered, "Hey I recognize that messed-up hair!" I rolled my eyes, when I glanced over at Bakugo, who was glaring directly at Midoriya. He's probably just pissed off that he got in, I thought. I stopped listening to the girl and realized something from behind her. Is that a huge caterpillar? I asked myself, as it creeped up closer behind the brown-eyed girl. "If you're just here to make friends, then you can go and pack up your things now." A man with long black hair and tired eyes was inside a yellow sleeping bag, though still looked like a caterpillar and was lying on the floor. "Welcome to UA's hero course," The strange man 'welcomed,' as he unzipped his sleeping bag and drinker out of something. What is that thing? Everyone in the class thought in horror. As he stood up, he muttered, "It took you eight seconds before you shut up, that's not gonna work. Time is precious, rational students would understand that." I like this teacher surprisingly, I told myself. "Hello, I'm Shota Aizawa. Your teacher." Mr. Aizawa introduced himself, stepping out of his yellow sleeping bag. "OUR TEACHER?!" Everyone, but me shouted out loud. Did seriously nobody realize that? I really am surrounded by idiots, I thought, groaning again silently. "Right, get these on and go outside," The noirette pulled out a gym uniform from his sleeping bag.

"What, a quirk assessment test?!" Everyone, including me this time, exclaimed shockingly. "But orientation, we're gonna miss it!" The brunette yelped afterwards. "If you wanna make it in the big leagues, you can't mess around with pointless ceremonies," Mr. Aizawa answered, taking everyone a little aback, "Here at UA, we're not tethered to traditions. That means I get to choose how I teach my class depending one what I see fit. You've been taking standardized tests most of your lives, but you never got to use your quirks in them before." He pulled out his phone with the screen suddenly on and said, "The country's still trying to keep things fair by not letting those at the best excel. It's not rational, one day the ministry of learning will learn." His half-opened black eyes gazed over us all and landed one me. "Kamiko, you managed to get the most points on the entrance exam," The noirette started. Yup, I'm dead. Now Bakugo and Midoriya will flipping recognize me, I thought, trying to remain calm on the outside. "What was your farthest throw with a softball back in junior high?" Mr. Aizawa asked, as I stopped to think for a moment. "Ummm, I think 57 meters?" I answered, not completely sure myself. Geez, junior high feels like an eternity ago, I thought. "Right, try doing it with your quirks," He said, a few students gasping as he said 'quirks,' not 'quirk.' I stepped into a white circle drawn out on the ground, a white ball in my hand. "Anything goes just stay in the circle," Mr. Aizawa moaned dully, "Go on, you're wasting our time." Just to prove I have more than one quirk, I'll use both 'Levitation' and 'Blue Flames,' I planned out in my head, as I readied to throw the softball. Suddenly, the small ball lit aflame with blue fire around it, the ball flying far away even after me throwing it, as a blue aura surrounded the softball, blowing my long brown hair, bright blue highlights tipped at the ends of the hair on my face. I glanced over at my teacher to figure out how far it had gone, as he checked his phone and his black eyes widened in shock. "You all need to know your maximum capabilities," He mumbled, as the ball hit the ground somewhere and showed his phone to the class, "It's the most rational way of figuring out your potential to become a pro hero." Villain, get it right, I sarcastically thought, but obviously didn't say out loud. The screen of Mr. Aizawa's phone read '1.407.3km' as everyone in the class gasped in complete shock.
"Wow, over one kilometer and four hundred meters! Are you kidding me?!" A boy with yellow hair and a black zigzag crossed at one part of it remarked. "I wanna go, that look's fun!" A pink-skinned girl with horns poking out of her ruffled-up hair cheered, clapping her hands together. "This is what I'm talking about, using our quirks whenever we want," A black haired boy with peculiar elbows exclaimed, as a red-haired boy next to him cracked his knuckles and grinned confidently. "So this looks fun, huh?" Mr. Aizawa muttered, catching everyone's attention again, "You have three years here to become a hero, you think it's all gonna be fun and playtime? Idiots..." I mean I'll make sure this is the last year any hero stands on their own two feet, I thought, bearing my teeth slightly, before hiding them away again. "You'll be participating in eight tests to gain an idea of your potential, whoever comes last has none. And is expelled." The noirette grinned nastily, as all the students gasped and flinched at his threat. "Just like I said before, I get to pick how I run my class, understand?" He remarked, lifting up the black hair covering his eyes, "If that's a problem, you can head home right now." "You can't send one of us home!" The usually cheerful brunette exclaimed, "I mean, we just got here, even if it wasn't the first day, it's not fair!" Life's not fair anyway. I learnt that a long time ago, I thought, but didn't say it out loud, of course. "Oh, and you think natural disasters are?" Mr. Aizawa questioned sternly, his voice somehow startling everyone when he spoke, "Are power-hungry villains, hm? Are catastrophic events that wipe out whole cities? NO. The world is full of unfairness, it's a hero's job to combat that unfairness. If you wanna become a pro, you're gonna have to push yourself past the brink. For the next three years, UA will throw one hardship after the other at you. So, go beyond, plus ultra-style. Show me that it's no mistake that you're here." I don't really want to do this, but it's my job to stay in UA as a traitor and collect information on the school and it's schedule. And getting an idea on everyone's quirks will be helpful too, I thought, an evil but hidden grin spreading across my face. My motivation was nothing like anybody else's, but it was what I'd need to at least not come last in this test. "Now then, we're just wasting time talking," The black-haired teacher complained, "Let the games begin..." And with that, the tests begin.
