Episode 5

As Helena, Sarah, and Alex arrive at the old warehouse, they're met with an eerie silence. Suddenly, a figure emerges from the shadows.

Figure: "You're the ones who have been trying to take down Novel. I've been waiting for you."

Helena: "Who are you? What do you want?

Figure: "I'm here to take the evidence. And I'll do whatever it takes to get it."

The figure charges at them, and a fierce fight ensues. Papers fly everywhere, and computers crash to the ground.

Alex: "We have to protect the evidence!

Sarah: "I've got an idea. Let's use our camera equipment to our advantage."

Sarah quickly sets up a camera and shines a bright light in the figure's eyes, temporarily blinding them. Helena and Alex take advantage of the distraction to grab the evidence and make a run for it.

As they escape the warehouse, they hear the figure's angry roar echoing behind them.

Helena: "We need to get this evidence to a safe place. Now."

Alex: "I know a place. Follow me."

They rush to Alex's car and speed away into the night, the unknown figure's taunting laughter echoing in their minds.

*After few hours *

Just as they think they've escaped, the figure appears out of nowhere, jumping onto the car's hood. Helena screams as the figure smashes the windshield, shattering the glass.

Alex: "Hold on! I'm going to lose them!

He swerves the car sharply, but the figure holds tight, their eyes fixed on the evidence. With a swift move, they snatch the papers and electronics from Helena's hands.

Helena: "No! Our evidence!

The figure leaps off the car, evidence in hand, and disappears into the night. The three friends are left stunned and defeated.

Sarah: "We've been robbed. All our hard work...gone.

Alex: "We can't give up. We have to start again.

Helena: "But how? We don't even know where to start.

Just then, Alex's phone rings. It's an unknown number.

Alex: "Hello?

Voice on the phone: "You three are quite persistent. I like that. Meet me at the old clock tower at midnight. Come alone."

Alex: "Who is this? What do you want?

Voice on the phone: "You'll find out soon enough. Be there, Alex. And come alone."

The line goes dead. Alex looks at Helena and Sarah, unsure of what to do.

Helena: "What did they say?

Alex: "They want me to meet them at the old clock tower at midnight. Alone."

Sarah: "Don't go. It's a trap."

Alex: "I have to. What if they have information about Novel's corruption?

Helena: "We'll come with you. We're in this together."

Alex: "No, I need to do this alone. But I'll be careful, I promise."

As midnight approaches, Alex makes his way to the old clock tower, his heart racing with anticipation and fear.

As he enters the tower, a figure steps out of the shadows.

Figure: "Welcome, Alex. I've been waiting for you."

Alex: "Who are you? What do you want?

Figure: "My name is not important. But what I have is. Evidence. Proof of Novel's corruption. And I'm willing to share it with you."

Alex: "Why? What do you want in return?

Figure: "I want Novel brought to justice. And I want to be the one to take him down."

Alex: "Why can't you do it yourself?

Figure: "I have my reasons. But I need your help. Are you in?

Alex hesitates, unsure if he can trust this mysterious figure.

Alex: "Okay. I'm in. But I need to know what I'm getting myself into."

The figure hands Alex a folder full of documents and recordings.

Figure: "This is everything you need to take down Novel. But be warned, he will stop at nothing to keep his secrets safe."

Alex takes the folder, his heart racing with excitement and fear.
