Christopher is right, I'm not just in love with Maya, I love her. As soon as I laid eyes on her, I discovered that I had found the woman I wanted for the rest of my life, but how could I have feelings if she still loved that damn Josh? I couldn't risk coming out of this relationship more hurt than I could already be. The important thing is my grandmother's happiness, that she leaves peacefully. Of course, I found it strange that Maya asked me for a large amount of money. I was afraid she would give it to Josh and even run away with him, but I preferred to trust her. If she said she needed it, I can't be asking for explanations. You have to trust the woman you married. Work was tedious. I couldn't wait to get home and as soon as I got home, I was surprised by the surprise that my grandmother had received a discharge and she even cooked dinner. I suspected she had made a dish for each one of us. My antennas were already up. I know Amber Ford very well and my suspicions were only confirmed when she, her sister and Maya's friend ate quickly and went to the room. And again I was able to make love to her. As soon as Mrs. Amber got home, she transformed my life. How I wish she would live longer by my side and see my children being born, that she could accompany me to church the day I marry Maya, and thinking about that, I looked at her.
"Love, what do you think after we unmask the fake people and you get everything that's yours, we get married for real in a church with a party for all those we love and who are our true friends?"
"You know, Nathan, before I met you, it was very important for me to get married in a church, have a big party, for everything to be perfect. But you know what was perfect? Our wedding in Las Vegas, just you and me, then we went to celebrate at the casino. That was perfect for me because it was all done with love. If I didn't know it was true love, I thought it was the love of a friend, but we got married for love. Of course I married you wherever you wanted, but if you're thinking of getting married just to fulfill my dream, it's not that important to me anymore."
"Where have you been all this time that I spent so long alone without finding you?"
"I was getting our destiny the wrong way, but finally we met and now we will live together forever, my love."
That was our night of love, full of promises of a happy future. Of course we still have to talk about starting a family, having our children, but I don't see myself alone anymore. I found the woman of my dreams.
"Nathan, as soon as I get my inheritance back, I want you to deduct the amount you gave me to be myself, to pay for Grandma's medical expenses."
