Chapter 4- The mysterious man

He dragged her to the bathroom and closed it behind him, she yelled and hit him so he could let her go but he didn't look affected by her little hands

"Let me go right now! I'm not a furniture, you can't drag me and place me where you want !" she yelled. smoke coming out of her ears, but he reacted as though he couldn't hear anything and just pinned her on the bathroom wall under the shower.

"This is enough nonsense, if you don't let me go I swear to report this to my dad... a-and if I do-

She couldn't finish her sentence because he suddenly turned on the shower drenching Peculia

" better now. Isn't it?" He smirked mischievously

She cursed under her breath, she could only look at him in disbelief, what the fuck was all of this about ?.  This was too much for her in one night. She just wished to close her eyes and open it in her bedroom, tucked in her warm duvet.

"My bad that was unintentional"

she laughed at that, unintentional huh?

" What are you? And what do you want from me?" She asked glaring at him frustrated, but he didn't answer instead he started undressing. he removed his chest ridiculously slowly, she wondered if that is how men usually undid their clothes but she couldn't help but stare.

His chemise was gone and Oh man, she has never seen a man this hot in her life, when Mandy used to show her pictures of men telling her that they were hot, she would wonder if they were on fire or something she couldn't understand what hot actually means but now she did, his tattoos, his wet hairs, pale skin and sculpted body made her swallow her saliva.

"Now let's shower" he told her disturbing her thoughts

"I-i'm fine, I don't need to take a shower. And I certainly don't want to shower with you"

her answer was like a lightning bolt to him, no one has ever rejected him in his life. Every woman was just dying for him but she was different.

He suddenly lifted her up over his shoulder like a bag of potatoes and headed towards the bedroom, she tried to fight but it was useless, he was just too strong for her. He placed her on the king size bed and tore her wet clothes away, shock covered Peculia's face. Fuck no, how is she going to leave this place now? She asked herself. The urge to kill him was beyond her expectations despite him being hot she didn't want to have sex with a stranger who might be a ghost or a witch.

She tried to push him away but she was just too weak to make him shift even one millimeter away, so she gave him the hardest slap she could across the face. She never slapped someone so hard and she was sure that he felt it judging by the sound it made. The man's aura completely changed around him, it became kind of suffocating around him.

"He didn't tell me you were this brazen" he said with a smirk which screamed warning bells but she ignored it, and said

"You are the brazen one here and you don't know who I am, you wizard!" she yelled. This situation was just way too ridiculous to her, and who was 'he' anyways.

Mandy was already like a drunk bee with all the alcohol she took in. She even forgot about peculia, or maybe it is peculia who forgot about her.

A blonde man in a blue suit came to her. He has been smiling and eyeing her from the corner he was dancing at and now decided to make a move.

"Hey beautiful, what are you doing here alone?" He asked sitting next to her at the bar and ordering a glass of tequila

"Drinking" she replied shortly, smirking at him as her eyes went from his eyes to under his legs

"Do you want me to buy you a drink?" He asked noticing her eyes

"Yeah"

"I hope you are not taken" he suddenly said his eyes on her lips as he leaned closer to her

"She is!" They heard a deep voice from behind them, making him pull back. It was Alex, Peculia's elder brother.

He wanted to ask her where Peculia was but after seeing her state and company. She decided it was best if he brought her home first.

"I am sorry. U-um I didn't know she was yours Mr.joe" the man said looking scared as he immediately stood up and left.

"Stand up, this is enough party for you" he ordered, he wondered what brought her here if she couldn't handle alcohol.

"Young man don't give me orders okay!?" She yelled " And why are you so handsome?" she asked

She couldn't recognize him because of her drunk state. She stood up and tried to kiss Alex who was swift to carry her in a princess like manner and brought her out of that mansion despite her not wanting to leave.

He opened the back seat door of his car and made her lay there while he went into the driver's seat and started the engine.

"come on, I need you" she said as she tried to get up and lick his neck, she was clearly hallucinating right now, and he wasn't having it

" you better sleep right now if you don't want to stay awake all night". He told her oh – so nonchalantly. He has always been seen as a cold person who never showed out his emotions. He was a self-made business tycoon who never needed the help of his dad or anyone to be whoever he was today. He became a multi-millionaire before his twenties and now at twenty-eight he was a billionaire.

Not just was he rich but also very attractive he looked as sexy as a jelly fish who came straight out of water. He had a very mature and sculpted body, tanned skin, black silky hairs and grey eyes, a long sharp nose, thin lips and a well-defined jaw.

He had properties nearly everywhere in the world. He came to country A for personal affairs, so he decided to stay in his father's mansion to look after his younger siblings in their parents absence . He has always been concentrating on his work 24 on 7 and never had any official girlfriend nor has he ever shown any interest in women.

"And how are you going to make me stay awake if I want to sleep huh?'' She told him stubbornly putting her lips like a child.

"just... don't provoke me" he whispered tired of her caressing and licking his neck like a cat. This kid wasn't aware of what could do to her. Hell, he didn't want to deal with a stubborn woman today.

"Where is Peculia?" he finally asked her hoping that she could answer him.

"I don't know" she said as she couldn't remember who Peculia was in the first place, he sighed and just hoped that that fucker isn't messing with his sister, even though he knew how stubborn he was.

"Okay I'm going to bring you back to your mansion, so that your father's men won't come and wake us up at 5am to know where you are". He said with his usual cold and low voice as he started the car.

"No, no, no, no, I want to stay with you, bring me with you please". She hugged him from behind. They almost had an accident by hitting a tree in beverly's mansion.

She cried, she didn't want to see her father and hear him telling her to get a husband every now and then, it's just traumatizing to her, she didn't want to go to that mansion again.

"Mandy stop your acting, I'm not your babysitter to be taking care of you. So now you stop crying and sleep already" he said in his usual tone.

"Marry me" she said as she placed both her hands on his jaws looking intensely into his burning gaze.

What she said didn't surprise him no, he was completely speechless because she looked hurt and sincere. Was he for real? He thought, he had a feeling that it wasn't because she was drunk that she said that.

"Would you marry me...please?" she asked again formally this time

"You are drunk, you don't even know who you have in front of your eyes". He told her seriously.

"Then who are you?...Aren't you my prince charming? The one who shall save me from my father?'' She cried again, she thought she was a Disney princess or what?

He knew Mandy since because she has been a friend to Peculia for a very long time, but they never had this kind of conversation because he didn't care having a relationship with her, but now he was curious about her he wanted to know things about her, he wanted to learn how to know her.

She dropped a tear and it angered her even though he didn't show it. He wondered if her father has made her develop some kind of trauma. She was 23, she was an adult already so why should she be protected from her father?
