eshal pov
After the lecture, I was still sitting in my seat. The class was empty, and everyone had already left. I was staring out of the window when I felt someone's gaze on me. I looked up and saw the boy who sat beside me, looking at me blankly while leaning on the classroom door with his hands in his pockets.
I looked away and continued to stare out of the window. He came in front of me, and I looked at him again. He sat on his seat and suddenly said,
"Hello." I flinched and nervously replied,
"H...hello." He asked for my name, and I told him that I had already introduced myself. I pouted, but he didn't see it because of my niqab. He said,
"I don't know, I wasn't focusing during that time." I nodded and introduced myself as Eshal. I asked for his name, and he simply said, "Hm, nice name," before turning his head back to the window. I was sitting there like a statue, wondering why he was so rude. I sulked, sat up straight, took out my book, and started reading.
on the other side
On the other hand, the boy was playing football and enthusiastically instructing his teammates. He yelled, "Ahhh, yes! Kick the ball! Turn around!" He jumped with excitement as they scored and won the match. The teammates gathered, hugged each other, and gave high-fives. The other team stood on the side, glaring at them.
"Aryan, you're the best!" his friends exclaimed as they burst into laughter. He dramatically flipped his hair, basking in the attention. As he glanced over at the opposing team, who were glaring at him, a mischievous smirk formed on his face. Confidently, he walked towards them, with his teammates following closely behind...
"I told you not to mess with me, Daniel," Aryan said, crossing his arms with a smug expression on his face. Daniel clenched his teeth, resisting the urge to punch him, and instead walked away from the field. Aryan and his team laughed and headed towards the cafeteria.

After that weird encounter with that guy, I went to the cafeteria and grabbed a sandwich and a cold drink. As I was making my way back, holding my food in my hands, I suddenly collided with a solid structure, causing the tray to slip from my grasp and the cold drink to spill onto my abaya. Thankfully, my abaya was black, so the stain wasn't too noticeable. I rubbed my nose and looked up, only to see a tall man with sweat beads on his forehead. It seemed like he had just finished a workout or maybe a game
"Can't you watch where you're going?" Aryan retorted, his hands casually resting in his sports shorts pockets.
"Hey, it's your fault! Why were you walking towards me when you knew I was coming from this direction? You should have called out or asked me to stop," Eshal replied, refusing to accept any responsibility for not paying attention while walking.
Aryan gazed at her, captivated by her eyes. Suddenly, Eshal clapped her hands in front of him, snapping him out of his thoughts.
"Uh, uh, yeah, what did you say, ninja turtle?" Aryan blurted out. Eshal's eyes widened in surprise and anger, while his teammates burst into laughter. She was upset by being called a ninja turtle.
"How dare you call me that, you donkey! You monkey! I haven't seen a donkey like you before, you stupid wall!" she exclaimed in anger, unaware that their argument was unfolding in front of the entire cafeteria. Aryan's teammates struggled to contain their laughter, as no one had ever spoken to him in such a manner. They were taken aback by the girl's boldness and fiery words.
Aryan's intense gaze seemed to pierce through her as he stepped closer, causing her to instinctively take a step back.
"Excuse me, Mr. Monkey, don't come near me, you stink," she innocently retorted, further fueling his anger. He took another step, bringing himself close to her face.
"Don't you dare talk to me like that, or there will be consequences," Aryan warned, his voice filled with a mix of frustration and warning. However, she remained stubborn, refusing to back down.
"I don't care, but how dare you call me a ninja turtle, you monkey! Do whatever you want," she defiantly expressed, her face partially covered by a niqab
Aryan let out a sigh and composed himself, straightening his posture. "I don't want to argue with you, you dumb girl. Just choose a side," Aryan replied, trying to diffuse the tension.
"No, I will not, apologize first," Eshal firmly stated. Aryan looked at her with a mixture of surprise and disbelief. "So, you want me to say sorry?" Aryan responded sarcastically.
"Yes, of course! I want you to say sorry because of what you called me and how you spoke to me. That's not how you should talk to girls," Eshal asserted, standing her ground.
"My foot! Now get the fuck out of my way, Ms.," Aryan exclaimed, his frustration evident. One of his female teammates then pushed Eshal aside and took a seat at the table. Eshal, still glaring at Aryan, bit her lips in anger, causing her bottom lip to bleed slightly. However, no one could notice this because of her niqab.
In a fit of anger, Eshal stomped her feet on the floor and stormed off to the washroom. Meanwhile, Aryan couldn't help but side-eye her, observing how she stomped her feet like a child before leaving. He chuckled and muttered "crazy girl" unaware that someone was watching them and witnessing all the drama......
