Episode 3: Unexpected Revelations

One evening, as they lay entwined on Alexander's plush sofa, Olivia noticed a shift in his demeanor. He seemed distant, his eyes clouded with worry.

"What's on your mind?" she asked softly, tracing circles on his chest with her fingertips.

Alexander sighed, pulling her closer. "There's something I need to tell you, Olivia. Something important."

Olivia's heart tightened with apprehension. "What is it?"

They spent the afternoon playing and laughing, and Olivia quickly found herself falling in love with the boy's infectious energy and sweet nature. She could see how much Alexander adored his son, and it only made her feelings for him grow stronger.

"By the end of the month," Alexander replied. "I don't want to lose what we have, Olivia, but I also can't ignore this opportunity."

Tears welled up in Olivia's eyes as she grappled with the implications. She loved Alexander and Liam with all her heart, but her career was important to her too. She didn't know how to reconcile the two.

"I don't know what to do," she whispered, her voice trembling.

Alexander cupped her face in his hands, his gaze intense and filled with love. "We'll figure it out together, Olivia. Whatever happens, we'll make it work."
