Li carefully placed Renjie's body on the ground.

"I am sorry, Young Demon Lord, I am sorry Demon Lord, I have failed you." Li said as he sat beside Renjie.

Uncle Li couldn't help but to feel like taking his own life. Because he got Renjie in this school, he's dead now.

But he couldn't kill himself right now. It wouldn't be right, he has to bring Renjie to the Demon Lord, it was his only son. Uncle Li has to at least allow the Demon Lord to bury his own son.

*dump* Something bumped Li's leg.

"Huh?" Besides Li's leg was Renjie's left leg. It was barely touching his leg.

Uncle Li immediately looked at Renjie's face, his left eye was barely open.

"...'m..still bleeding." Renjie barely said it with heavy breathing.

Li immediately took him and started sprinting. He didn't care how Renjie was alive, he only cared how to save him.

/Thank you Lord, thank you/ Uncle Li thought as he was sprinting towards a nearby village while holding Renjie in his arms..

After some time…

"...it will be hard, and expensive."

Renjie was barely holding on to his life, he bled so much his clothes became darkish red, at some parts more like purplish red… He was in an unknown room where Uncle Li brought him. A bright light was right on top of his head. Renjie couldn't see anything.

"Let's start the procedure. I hope you like pain 'coz this will be painful." Renije couldn't understand who was talking to him, he knew it was a male, but that's all. He could only hope that Uncle Li brought him to the right place.

After an unknown time.

"Agh! My head." Renjie finally woke up. He was holding his head which was still hurting from all the blood lost.

"Careful, you still need rest. You are still far from your prime." The doctor was standing right beside him. He placed his fingers on one of Renji's pressure points like he was measuring his pulse."Your Qi seems fine…"

"I'M BACK!" Uncle Li burst through the door. He was holding a weird bag filled with heavy, but unknown content. "Renjie!" Uncle Li immediately dropped the bag and hugged Renjie. "I am so sorry I promise you that I will never leave your side ever again."

"Agh! Careful, my head still hurts." Renije was in a weird room filled with bloody marks, tools used for curing patients looked more like tools used for torturing humans.

"Uncle Li, where are we?" Renjie asked while holding his head.

"Underground hospital. A place where we cure criminals and demon cultists." The doctor said with a serious expression on his face. He was looking at the content of the bag Uncle Li brought him. "This will be worth a lot of money later, after I do something with them."

The doctor had a big evil smile on his face. He made sure not to take any of the content outside of the bag. The only people who knew what was inside of that bag were Li and the doctor.

Renjie was curious, but the only speculation he had was that it was made from glass, from all the sound that was coming out of the bag.

"Doctor I hope this will be enough for Renjie's treatment." Uncle Li stood up to face the Doctor.

The doctor had a pair of square glasses on his face. With no way to see his eyes his expression was always serious.

"No, this isn't even close to enough for the treatment. Blood I used for him, it can't even be found after what the current Demon Lord did." The doctor said as he was placing that bag inside of his closet. "You will have to bring me a lot of this more if you want to get even with me."

"I will, I promise." Li said with a serious expression on his face.

"I hope I can trust you." The doctor said while leaving the room.

The doctor stopped for a second. "Hey kid, make sure you don't use your Demonic Qi for some time, it's mixed with… let's call it 'all evil Qi'. You might lose control. If I were you, I would take this time to rest, you'll need it." The doctor said that and left the room.

"Uncle Li, is it over for me? Did I get exposed so early?" Tears started dropping from Renjie's eyes, he was sad. It was his second day at school and he already blew his cover.

"I don't know Renjie. Maybe…maybe it's best to return home." Uncle Li said with a sad expression on his face.

"I know that it's definitely best to return home, but I don't want to. I didn't experience that much in school. I want to continue learning Uncle Li." Renjie couldn't stop crying.

Renjie was a strong kid, even while being young he didn't cry, never. "It's over for my school life, they must have figured me out after I was gone for so long. They definitely know I am the young demon lord."

"Maybe you are wrong here, the sun still hasn't arrived. Maybe nobody checked your dorm. If you get to the school fast enough, maybe they won't figure it out." Uncle Li said it with a smile on his face, a smile full of hope. "What do you say Renjie, we go to school, if something bad happens, we are just going back home."

When Li said that, Renjie was happy again. He immediately stopped crying. Maybe he thought a lot of time had passed after he got unconscious. Maybe he thought classes had already started and his absence is saying 'Oh, Renjie's not here, he must have been a demon lord.'

Who knows, but one thing is for sure, there is hope. Maybe he isn't going to get exposed that fast after all.

"Yes, let's do that Uncle Li. If something bad happens, we are just going to return home." Renjie was back at his feet. Even though he didn't fully recover, even though his head was still hurting, he was ready to get back to school, before anyone found out he was gone.
