Even after stability of their income her father refused to undergo treatment. Now Sahana became six years old and started understand things, how they work. Because of lacking money they couldn't afford to go private education institutes for study. All tree of them got into government. That's where things started to go wrong.

Her father loved her sister Devika because she was firstborn and mother loved her son Venky, because he was youngest. Sahana was middle child who always comes after her brother and sister. Her mother and father treated her siblings better than her until she was ten she thought it was normal, but at some point she began notice the difference between her and her siblings.

Sahana's parents would bring clothes and toys for her siblings but not for her. When she asked them where is hers, they told her to use the old ones because they can't afford all three of them. They would ask her to understand their struggle and sacrifice for them. She has to agree, otherwise they won't buy new clothes for her even on festivals, so she would always obey them. But on her birthday Sahana asked her parents for new clothes and toys for her, but they refused it and said to use her sister clothes. It made her very sad that she started crying and laid on the floor to throw tantrums.

Sahana's mother got irritated by and scolded her, but her father got annoyed and slapped her and started to hit her with a stick, he hit until she told them that she doesn't want anything for her birthd . She got wounds and bruise on her birthday, birthday it trauma for her, she never celebrated her birthday again. After a while her parents felt sorry for her,, but instead giving an apology they said it's all her fault, and she needs to more understanding and forget what happened on birthday and move on. Two months after that incident it was her sister Devika birthday, they gave a very beautiful and costly dress for her, and after three months it was her brother Venky birthday he also got a very costly clothes and toys, it repeated every year but she never got her own new dress. She got her older sister used clothes, which was not her size at all.

Sahana don't know what she did wrong, when she tried to ask her parents always do the same thing as her birthday and said to forget everything, it became a habit for her to forget things. At first, she only tried to forget the pain, but eventually she started forget all related things, and now it became worse, she started loose memories too. It got more serious day by day, now she lost all her childhood memories. If she didn't see a person a few months she would forget them.

Sahana was seventeen years old when her father died. Even now no one knows her condition.
