famous friends and secret smile

I still can't believe my best friend, Sarah, is now a dazzling star on stage. We used to spend our afternoons gossiping and laughing together, but now she's known as the lead actress in a hit drama.

One day, I secretly followed my crush, Alex, who's also a member of a top idol group. I just wanted to see what he's like offstage. But suddenly, he stopped, turned around, and said, "Go back, the paparazzi are taking photos..." I was shocked and quickly hid behind a corner, watching as he smiled and waved at the cameras.

Just then, Sarah appeared in her evening dress, hurrying over in her high heels. "Here, got all the men's autographs you wanted!" she said with a grin, handing me a CD with signatures from Alex's group.

I couldn't believe it. "How did you...?!" I asked, eyes wide.

Sarah chuckled. "Perks of being a star, my friend!"

But having a famous friend and crush isn't always easy. We have to sneak around to hang out, and there are always fans and paparazzi lurking around. And then there's Sarah's brother, Jake, who's also a member of Alex's idol group. He's always teasing me, saying I'm his " biggest fan" (which is true, but still!).

Despite the chaos, I'm grateful for these changes in our relationships. We've become closer, bonding over our shared secrets and experiences. And who knows, maybe one day I'll even get to bring a super idol home!

As I watched Alex smile for the cameras, I felt a mix of emotions: excitement, embarrassment, and a hint of disappointment. Why did he have to be so famous now? I missed the simple days when we could talk without being surrounded by fans and paparazzi.

After the event, Sarah and I met up at our favorite café, where she regaled me with stories of her drama set and the latest gossip. I listened wide-eyed, feeling like I was living vicariously through her.

Just then, Jake walked in, looking every inch the idol in his sleek outfit and perfectly styled hair. "Hey, sis! Hey, bestie!" he said, plopping down beside us.

Sarah rolled her eyes good-naturedly. "Brother, you're so extra."

Jake grinned. "Hey, someone's got to bring the excitement around here!"

As we chatted, I realized that having famous friends and a crush wasn't so bad after all. We still had our inside jokes and silly moments, even if we had to sneak around to enjoy them.

But the best part? Getting to see Alex and Jake perform live, with backstage access and VIP treatment, of course! Sarah and I screamed and sang along, feeling like we were on top of the world.

And who knows, maybe someday I'll even get to join them on stage... a girl can dream, right?

As I watched Sarah and Alex shine on stage, I couldn't help but feel a mix of pride and envy. Their lives were now a whirlwind of performances, interviews, and fan meetings. I, on the other hand, was still just a student, trying to navigate my own path.

But despite the distance their fame had created, our friendship remained strong. We'd meet in secret, sharing stories and laughter like we used to. And Jake, Sarah's brother, would often join us, regaling us with tales of their idol group's adventures.

One day, Sarah invited me to a exclusive fan meeting. I was thrilled! I got to see Alex up close, and he even remembered me from that time I followed him (which was embarrassing, but sweet). We chatted briefly, and I tried to play it cool, but inside, I was freaking out.

After the fan meeting, Sarah took me backstage, where I met the rest of the idol group. They were all kind and down-to-earth, and we took a bunch of silly photos together. Jake even teased me about being Alex's "number one fan" (again!).

As the days turned into weeks, I realized that having famous friends wasn't just about getting perks or attention. It was about supporting each other through the ups and downs of life. And I was grateful to be a part of their journey.

But with fame comes pressure, and soon, Sarah and Alex were facing intense scrutiny from the media and the public. There were rumors and controversies, and I worried about how they'd cope.

That's when I saw the strength of their bond. They stood by each other, supporting and encouraging each other through the tough times. And I was proud to be their friend, to offer my own support and encouragement.

As I looked at the autographed CD Sarah had given me, now framed and displayed proudly in my room, I smiled. This was what it meant to have famous friends – not just the glamour and excitement, but the deep connections and memories we shared.

And who knows? Maybe someday I'd find my own stage, my own spotlight. But for now, I was happy to be a part of theirs.
