Chapter 4(Facing the reality)

**AT THE DINING TABLE: **I wanna see them. I want to visit my parents grave.

But samanthra…….. aunt selina was about to say something but samanthra cutted her. No, but’s i have to face the reality. One day or another I have to admit it that they aren’t with me anymore. She said the last part in a low voice. But zak heard it. Again the room fell into complete silence. Everyone ate in complete silence.

After lunch: Samanthra went to the driver and told him to take her to the graveyard.

But miss kyle, miss selina forbid you to go

Anywhere due to your condition. Driver said.

Right now I’m telling you to take me so just take me there. Or should i go by myself. Samanthra said in a serious tone making the driver gulp. The driver nodded in approval.

Samanthra set at the back sit and was about to go when zak called her from behind.

Hey samanthra wait! Zak called samanthra from behind. Samanthra rolled the car window down. Zak don’t try to stop me, let me go. She said.

I’m not trying to stop you, I’m coming with you. He said. What ? So you’re coming with me. She asked. Look samanthra I know I can’t stop you from it, but at least i I can come with you. He said while opening the car door.

Samanthra only nodded in response. The drive went in a silence. No one dared to speak. But zak would look at samanthra’s face who was just pretending to be strong but inside she was screaming.

Zak know samanthra from his childhood they basically grew up together he knows everything about her.

Time skip: Samanthra slowly walked towards the two graves in front of her. The first grave was of david kyle samanthra’s father and other was samanthra’s mother grave emma kyle.

Samanthra felt like her knees got weak and she couldn’t stand anymore as she collapse infront of the graves she let out all the emotions she has been containing in for so long. She was crying her heart out. Zak was standing behind her witnessing everything. He put a hand on her shoulder. Samanthra looked at zak with teary eyes. It’s all my fault zak. I wish i never ask them to return home early from their trip.

It’s my fault, I should be the one in their place. Zak hugged her and gently caress her hair to make her calm down.

No, samanthra it wasn’t your fault. It was fate. You shouldn’t blame yourself. He gently said.

But i….. she tried to speak but she couldn’t say anything due to crying so much.

Now now, samanthra please stop crying, if you keep on crying like this it will hurt your parents soul. Zak said while wiping her tears with his thumbs.

Thanks zak I don’t know what will I do without you. Samanthra said. You always have me. Zak said.

Time skip: After putting flowers on her parents grave, samanthra was sitting in the car apparently waiting for zak to come. Where is he? He said he was going to grab a drink, but he’s taking so long. Samanthra said slightly getting impatient.

After waiting for five more minutes she decided to go check on him. She got off the car and went to look for zak. She looked around and saw zak waiting for his meal. Samanthra didn’t further she just keep on standing there.

Zak grabbed his meal and was to go when he suddenly bumped into someone and that person fell down.

Ohh I’m so sorry, are you alright? Zak said while extending his hand to help the person.

Zak’s pov: After bumping, that person fell down. I looked at that person only to realise it was a girl. I helped that girl up and apologised.

End of POV:

I’m fine,and no need to apologise I should have looked too, are you okay? The girl asked.

Zak looked at the girls face and his grey eyes met the beautiful green eyes. That girl had red orange hair and green eyes. For a moment zak couldn’t speak he mesmerised by those eyes.

Umm…. Hello are you okay? The girl waved his hand in front of zak to grab his attention.

Oh.. ah sorry about that. I’m Zak Wayne.

I’m Beverly Ranger. Nice to meet you zak.

Nice to meet you too beverly.

They both shook hands. Meanwhile samanthra was watching this drama from afar. Thinking how she’s gonna tease zak about this later.

Just as samanthra was about to step back, she bumped into someone and was about to fall

A strong pair of hands grabbed her.
