Doctor Zephan
Wearing a black trench coat, the mysterious doctor made its way towards the castle through the booming thunderstorm. He looked up and observed the building, taking in every little detail he could lay his eyes upon. The castle was wonderfully built, with each crook and crevices telling a thousand-year-old story.
University of Huridixion—a school only for the top elites of society. It was said that every student that steps foot in this building are bound to become something great.
Within the confined walls of the castle, lies five dormant souls. Each one of them are the pillars of the country, rivalling the power of the president himself. Despite the overwhelming power they hold, they cannot erase their past traumas. That's why their parents decided to hire a personal psychiatrist—Doctor Zephan.

Knock, knock
"Come in," A deep, yet calming voice seeped through the door.
I turned the knob clockwise and pushed the door open. Immediately, I was greeted by five tall men around the same age as me. Their gaze was fierce, like a predator about to devour their prey.
I heard rumours about them being incredibly handsome. At first, I did not believe it, but now as I see them face-to-face, I can't help but believe those claims.
"Young masters," I bowed my head down just enough to still be able to see their faces. "I am Doctor Zephan, your newly hired psychiatrist."
As I lifted my head, I was quite shocked to see one of the men towering over me at a dangerously close proximity. His hair was white as snow and his eyes were jet-black. This must be the youngest among them—Xavier.
Xavier's mouth turned upwards to reveal a playful and charming grin. He took my chin in between his index finger and thumb, tilting it upwards to get a better look at my face.
"You're quite an odd one." He muttered softly, his breath fanning against my skin.
Odd? I noticed him observing my face, then I just noticed right then and there that I was still covered in mud.
"...My apologies for this unsightly view." I sighed and pushed Xavier's hand away.
I took a few steps back and took off my mud-covered trenchcoat, placing it down in my suitcase. With my right hand, I wiped the mud in my face with my handkerchief. After that, I cleared my throat and introduced myself again.
"Once again, I'm Zephan von Presintacíon, 23 years old, and your newly hired psychiatrist."
Upon introducing myself, I observed all of their reactions. Xavier was still acting smug, but this time, he had wrinkles on his forehead signalling his shock. The other four men had their eyes widened and their eyebrows raised.
Why did they react like this?
"Sire—?"
"—Presintacíon?" The same voice behind the door earlier cut me off. I noticed that he was particularly restless, like he discovered something he was searching for years.
He took a few steps towards me, reaching his hand out to cup my face. Before his hand even grazed my skin, a strong arm held his hand firmly, stopping him in place. I turned my head to see the man holding him in place, only to see that it was Thildius, the oldest among them.
"We cannot be sure, Jerim." Thildius said, his grip powerful against the other man's skin.
Ah, Jerim—the middle child.
I vividly remember the students I walked past by talking about Jerim. According to them, Jerim is the wealthiest among all of them, his wealth equivalent to six Roman Kings combined. But why is a person like him acting like this, of all people?
"Thildius is right," A deep voice spoke out, revealing a man with dark hair and pale skin. One could mistake him for a vampire. This must be Ixyd.
"I agree," A calming yet authoritative voice revealed itself behind me. As I turned around, I met his dark, hazel eyes. It was said that a person with hazel eyes dominated the country's rankings for the best scholar award. His name was Voden.
Jerim sighed, withdrawing back his hand with a disappointed look in his face. Thildius looked guilty about stopping him for some unknown reason, and even seemed to sympathize with him, along with his other brothers.
To avoid the awkward atmosphere, I cleared my throat and picked up my suitcase. "I'll be taking my leave now, young masters. If you need my service, I will be at my room waiting." I turned around and left, closing the door behind me in the process.
As I fell on my bed, I can't help but wonder about the men's weird behaviors back then. They looked as if they were filled with hope, but then it was crushed the next second.
I quickly shook my thoughts away. I have a busy day ahead, especially since I'm facing the five young masters themselves.
