Chapter 2

He crashed down on his knees, as he couldn’t stand the scene before him.

“Mom?” He called for his mother with a gentle tone.

The attackers had torn his mother’s cloths and dragged her to the entrance of the treasury. Her face swollen and covered with stains of blood.

Ken was completely lost of words at how much they destroyed his mother’s beautiful face.

Not giving him enough time to gather his emotions, as if they were trying to make a joke out of him. One of the attacker smacked his mother’s head.

“Open this entrance now!!” The attacker shouted.

At the sight of this ken was enraged.

“Mom!!, how dare you touch my mother?!!!” He shouted and sprung up while picking up the sword with a white sheath and dashed towards the attacker who smacked his mother and went in for an attack.

Ten ft from the attacker he leaped lightly into the air and pulled out the sword in his hands, the attacker noticed this and responded with an attempt to block the attack.

Ken realized this and pulled the sword back a bit when it was about to land a hit he stabbed the sheath on the ground beside the attacker using it as a pole that helped him make a complete 180 degree turn, putting him right behind the attacker where he immediately struck him from the back without hesitation.

Seeing this, the others where completely shocked and dump founded.

They knew the prodigy of the li clan was strong but they didn’t expect it to be up to this level. The leader of the attack squad realized Ken’s strength and became more cautious, he sent out two more of his comrades to both attack Ken at once.

In notice of this, ken grabbed his mother by her arm pulling her back and immediately returned his focus on the 2 attackers who where coming for his life.

He noticed the first one approaching him with a horizontal slash while the other followed behind with a vertical slash.

He leaned his upper body forward a bit and just right before the attack from the sword got to him, he bent down and took a knee making the sword completely go over his head.

In the split second before the first attacker could respond, Ken sliced off his legs and dashed forward a bit towards the second attacker.

With his left hand he held the sheath of the his sword in 3 fingers leaving out his pinky, then used the sheath to block the sword attack by softly absorbing the attack power making him successfully change the trajectory of the sword from vertical to horizontal and away from him.

In light of this the attacker tried to recover, but it was already too late as Ken already took the initiative to attack making an upward diagonal slash killing the attacker instantly.

“What kind of movement is that?, how can a kid make movements like that?” One of the attackers said in shock.

It was an unbelievable scene for them to behold, a kid who was 14 years of age had just slayed 3 of there member like insects.
