New Alley

Within a second we were at a dark place, we couldn't even see anything. Avery was calm as per I could feel movement.

"You were afraid of fighting him, right?"

Avery asked in an angry voice.

"No, I really didn't remember my spells."

"Are you really the witch who defeated demon princess Horifica?"

"I am but, I can't remember my spells now."

"You call yourself a witch! You are saying can't even remember your spells?"

"I am sorry."

"Try to remember them as fast as you can, I really want you to help me. Please don't be a burden on me."

After the argument we sat there, it was just dusty so it wasn't a problem.

As per Avery said was I really a burden on her?

Yes, I was. And I felt guilty about it.

In a blink my spells were all in my mind, same as my memories came. I was happy, that maybe now I won't be a burden on her.

"I can remember my spells now."

I said to Avery happily.

"Good, now let me sleep."

She said in a cold voice.

Sometime later I also slept there.

Next morning, I opened my eyes, we were at a strange place. It was dirty and dusty.

I stood up to see the place, we were at ruins.

Avery also stood up.

"We should leave now."

She said seriously.

"Okay, let's go."

We were ready to go, but I could hear someone coming near us.

"Be attentive, someone is coming."

I whispered to her.

A demon appeared there, he looked like a young demon.

"Who are you ladies? What are you doing here?"

He asked politely.

It was the same, my hatred towards him was growing.

"Are you here to capture us?"

I asked angrily.

"No, you getting it wrong. I live here so I was walking here and I heard someone talking so I came to check."

"Are you a rebellious demon?"

Avery suddenly asked the demon.

"Yes I am rebellious demon Darkem."

"We are going to free our hiers, do you want to join?"

"Yes, I want to."

"Okay come with us."

I don't know what is happening?Why was Avery asking him to join us? I was confused.

"What is happening?Can you explain?"

I asked to Avery.

"He is a rebellious demon and he is going to be our new alley."

"Okay!"

I couldn't even get it, but I said yes because I knew that it must be important.

"Can I know your names witches?

"My name is Avery Xu and she is Lydia Calmus."

"Oh!"

"We should leave now."

We left from there into the forest near the ruins.

I don't know what is going to happen next, nor that I am going back to my old self, if I am not then I have to live a life full of danger. But this can't stop me from going on. As per Avery said I even defeated a demon princess, maybe I will be able to free this kingdom with Avery and the others someday.
