Chapter 3: The Devil

I slammed my locker after inputting my new lock code. It was painted gold with glitter sprinkled on them. I think they differentiate between Boys and Girls lockers, because there were some painted with red. I roamed around for a while looking for the library because I didn't want to go to the cafeteria during lunch break.

I strolled around for a while humming to myself until I finally got there. To be honest the school is extremely large.

I walked in and immediately knew that this school was literally the best. The books were all arranged in alphabetical order and there were also color coded. I asked the librarian if I could get a Novel named “The last safe place on earth" so she told me I could check the blue book shelf.

I immediately found what I was looking for and I sat down and started reading.

I didn't know how long I had been there 'cause when I woke up the principal was sitting next to me and reading a novel. I pretended like I was t awake thinking that Might get punished.

"young miss, shouldn't you be in class by now?" I suddenly hears her ask as I rose my head and gave her a smile.

“Sorry ma'am, I fell asleep.”

“i can see that” she shut the book in her hand as she walked out.

“And let me remind you, no dozing off in the library”

I walked into the class to see some students making out by the edge of the door, some were even smoking. even with the good facilities the students here are horrible.

I moved quietly to my sit and lay my head on my table. Soon three guys burst through the doors snickering and giggling while girls were shrieking. They were like_omg carl, you are so cute_ some were even like_lets have s** tonight at my place_ And with all this I couldn't help but fell disgusted.

I raised my head to meet one of them sitting on my table.

"Hey" he said

“Hi” I awkwardly stared at him.

"I heard you are a newly transferred."

"yeah"

"I'm Cole" he brought out a marker and wrote his number and my palm.

"Call me" He winked then left to meet his friends who were thankfully far away from me.

what type of creep is that?

Soon we had Biology and the topic we were treating was Sexual Reproduction. And for some reason, this made the boys pay attention in class.

While Mrs Meyers was busy explaining, some guys where looking at her backside trying to figure out her size.

Mrs Meyers was a young woman who looked like she was in her late 20's. She wore a slim fitted skirt and a white top with a suit hung in her arm. She was blonde and very pretty.

"You there" she pointed at me. “Whose fault is it if a lady gives birth to only females?” she asked as I stood up and the whole class stared at me.

“uhm.... The man?” I replied

“why?”

“Because during Sexual intercourse the man is supposed to give out a XY chromosome pair to produce a male child.” I felt a guy staring at me with his beautiful blue eyes. I noticed it was one of those guys who walked in earlier.

“Correct. Settle down” she smiled at me.

I thought I was in trouble😪😅
