The Dark Tunnel

Sayoko begins visiting Dr. Mohot, the psychiatrist, starting intensive sessions.

Dr. Mohot: "Sayoko, understand that feelings of loneliness and anxiety are common in your condition. We will work together to overcome these difficulties."

Sayoko discovers during the sessions that she is not alone in her experiences, and that Dr. Mohot is able to understand her and help her.

In the early days of therapy, she feels things are moving in the right direction, but over time, more complex symptoms begin to emerge.

She finds herself recalling painful memories from the past, mixed with feelings of guilt and shame. Nights become longer and more restless, affecting her sleep and concentration at work.

Sayoko: "Why can't I get rid of these thoughts? Why can't I forget?" (She questions herself while sitting alone in her room in the darkness).

Emotional outbursts renew, and she feels despair taking over. She searches for an exit, sometimes feeling trapped in an endless dark tunnel.
