Episode 1 : Spacing out

Aeura's POV:

"H****ey what are you doing?" Shan asked while eating some snacks.

"What do you think?" I answered and still focusing on my book.

Shan come closer at me and start staring at my book "what the fuck is that? I thought you are reviewing for the upcoming midterm exam?"

"Are you going to die if you won't talk for at least 3 seconds?" I glared at her.

"Okay okay, why do you have to glared at me like that, It's like you're going to eat me alive if I'm not going to shut up" Then putting some junk foods into her mouth.

She's Shantal Benicia my best friend and long time desk mate. Since preschool to college we're inseparable, my mother and her mother are also best friends and my father and her father was a business partner.

* Bell rings *

"Hey dummy, last subject will be statistics, did you bring your Ztable?" Shan asked while searching something.

"Yeah, you can use mine. I don't mind" I have an extra anyway." Hey don't tell me you also forgot to bring your calculator?" I asked.

"Hey!, I'm not that stupid okay?" She glanced at me and start pouting.

I only rolled my eyes at her and start to prepare my things, a minute later our professor came and started discussing our topic.

I'm Aeura Devaugnh a first year college students major in culinary arts, Also a 19 years old student at Heaven Academy. My background was a mystery. I'm currently living at my condo at Asana Street.

"Miss Devaugnh?" Mr. Kim repeatedly calling me without me noticing it because I was spacing out.

Shan pinched me pulling me back to the reality.

"Hey dumbass, Professor Kim has been calling you for almost 5 times, but you never respond. What the hell are you thinking of?" She asked and stared at me.

"I'm deeply sorry Mr. Kim I was just thinking of how handsome you are today" My excuse that causes the entire section laugh out loud.

Shan pat my shoulder and signaling me with a thumbs up and burst out to laughter "Such a nice excuse hah" and started laughing again.

"Quiet! You'll organize yourself, And Miss Devaugnh next time don't let your mind wonder again in my class, understood" He said "And I know I'm handsome so let's continue" He added.

That's kinda cool sir having that confident however you shouldn't believe my sarcasm.

"I understand sir, and I'm sorry again" I replied and start focusing in the topic.

The classroom began to quiet again except for Shan holding back her laughter, The lesson went well and the 1hour lessoning was finally finished, and it's time to go home. I started preparing my things to go home and asked Shan if she's coming with me. The day went fine and enjoyable now we are going home.
