Julian's face lit up with a radiant smile as he leaned in to kiss Alessandro. "Let's do it," he whispered, his lips brushing against Alessandro's. "Let's start our new life together."

Alessandro and Julian's decision to move in together was met with excitement and joy. They spent the next few weeks searching for the perfect apartment, finally finding a beautiful loft in the city.

As they began to unpack and settle into their new home, Alessandro received an unexpected phone call from his estranged father, Giovanni. They had been estranged for years, and Alessandro had no idea what to expect.

"Hello, son," Giovanni said, his voice cold and distant. "I hear you're living with someone. A man."

Alessandro's heart sank as he realized his father had been keeping tabs on him. "Yes, Dad. I am. His name is Julian, and he's the love of my life."

There was a pause on the other end of the line before Giovanni spoke again. "I want to meet him."

Alessandro was taken aback by the request. He had no idea what his father's motives were, but he knew he couldn't deny him. "Okay, Dad. We'll set up a time for you to come over."

As they hung up the phone, Alessandro felt a sense of unease wash over him. He had no idea what his father was planning, but he knew it couldn't be good.

"Hey, what's wrong?" Julian asked, noticing the look on Alessandro's face.

Alessandro sighed, running his hands through his hair. "My father wants to meet you."

Julian's eyes widened in surprise. "What? Why?"

Alessandro shook his head. "I have no idea, but I don't think it's going to be good."
