Maya's POV:

As we continued to meet and create together, I realized that Alex was more than just a kindred spirit. He was a muse, a partner in crime, and a friend. We challenged each other to think outside the box, to push the boundaries of our creativity. And in doing so, we created something truly special.

Our art project, a mixed media collage, was taking shape. We had gathered materials from all over the city, from abandoned buildings to thrift stores. And now, we were bringing it all together, layer by layer.

As we worked, I couldn't help but notice the way Alex's eyes sparkled when he was inspired. The way his hair curled slightly at the nape of his neck. The way his smile could light up a room. And I knew, in that moment, that I was falling for him.
