Destiny's Encounter

Agatha's POV

The next morning, I woke up early and prepared myself for the party. I waited for my co-worker to pick me up, and I was really nervous and excited while waiting inside the car to arrive at the venue and I thougt that I really need to thank the girl yesterday as I just started my work yesterday and I still have a lot to improve but the girl specificallt chose me to be a barista in the party.

The car that I was riding pulled over on a big house, it looked very elegant in front and I wondered what It looked like inside. When I went out the car, I saw the girl wearing a party dress, looking so stunning. I wondered if she was a model as she had this beautiful body shape and smile. I was taken aback when she approached me with a smile. And introduced herself as Emily. I thanked her for specifically choosing me to be a barista, and she also did thank me for agreeing to come at the party.

We started working together to set up for the event and I couldn't help but be grateful to have the opportunity to meet such kind and interesting person.

The Party started, and they introduced a person that really caught my attention, Matthew. He was so gorgeous that my eyes kept on looking for where he had gone to. As if fell in love the first time I saw him. Ms. Emily probably saw how I have been glancing at him for almost an hour now, so she went and talked to Matthew. I acted as if I was busy on what I was doing and had some chit-chat with my coworkers.

My peripheral vision saw them both going to our booth, and I was getting nervous. I never had this feeling before talking to a man I liked.

"Can I taste the coffee, pls?" the man approached.

"H...huh? Oh...uhm, yes! Yes, sir" I answered and prepared coffee for him, before I could start making coffee, I realized something.

"Uhm, what coffee do you want?" I couldn't look at him straight in the eye.

"Look him in the eye, Agatha." Then ms. Emily laughed.

I looked at him in the eye, and he had this Brown eyes I could stare at every day.

"She's shy, Emily. Stop bothering her. This must be your first time?" He asked.

I nodded as a response.

"Give me the best Iced coffee that you can make please." He was still smiling.

"Agatha, I can take care of that, you can go have a break." My coworker said.

"I will just finish this miss." I answered.

"Did you try some snacks from other booths already? Do you want to try some?" Matthew asked.
