Chapter 03: "Rise of the Queen: A Throne Ascended"?
"I might be a daddy's princess, but I am no soft-hearted and weak princess. I certainly don't need a prince to be a princess. I was a princess because my dad was the king, and now I am a queen because I've inherited my father's empire. Today, I ascend to my father's throne, the same seat he once he occupied, and his predecessors before him. His empire has grown, and now it falls to me to take it to greater heights. As I sit on the throne, I feel the weight of unfulfilled dreams, wishing my father could crown me himself and I could witness his proud smile. But his absence, caused by one man, fills me with determination to avenge his demise. At a distance, I saw my mother tears in her eyes, some with pride and others with sorrow which came after the loss of her husband. Beside her stands, Iris who vowed to be my right hand. Amidst the murmurs of the crowd, mostly distant relatives and smaller alleged Mafia members, a young man steps forward with a humiliating marriage proposal and speaks disrespectfully of my father. I ascended down from my throne toward the man and sarcastically accepted his proposal .Seeing him confused gave me peace, amusement, and joy. Suppressing the urge for immediate retaliation, I silently signaled Iris to prepare my gun and, I shot him between his eyes right in the middle at the perfect time , which caused an uproar in the crowd. With a warning that betrayal will not be tolerated, I exit the hall with my mother and Iris by my side. The next day, I receive vows of loyalty from the smaller Mafia, and as Iris enters my study, I give her a satisfied smile, saying, 'Let the game begin.'"
