Once upon a time

In a rainy and stormy day, there's a lonely girl, crying... And sobbing.

Over her dead frog. She loved the frog so much but

The frog got hit by a vehicle, while they were playing and dancing under the rain.

She wanted to blame the man who the vehicle but she knew, it was their fault and after all, her frog not really using its brain when they’re playing and dancing around.

But even though she knew it was their fault, she's still very sad. Memories of theirs kept on flashing through her mind. What if they just stayed inside? Whay if she took care of the frog better? So many what ifs... She sadly smiled, reminiscing their temporary forever. But she knew she can't do anything anymore.

Unless, she could try to bring her favorite frog back to life. She could try it, yes she could. She only needed a help from someone.

She wiped the mix tears and raindrops in her face looked up in the sky. She promised to herself that she'll do anything, and everything, just to bring her friend back.

She then, ran into her house, bringing along the dead frog and place it carefully inside a small box and covered it with it favourite blanket. After that,

She immediately searched for her phone and called one of her friend. "Oh, hi Lydia, why did you called?" her friend 'Kylo' asked. She called him to ask for help, because she's going to the house of the witch which was hidden on the woods. "I need your help, can you come here?" lydia asked.

”Like right now, Lydia?” Kylo said, he was actually in the middle of helping his cow to give birth its child. “Yeah, right now. Are you busy right now?” Lydia said, feeling annoyed. She only had one friend so she couldn’t show it to him or he would leave him like other.

"Okay, give me a few minutes, I'm gonna finish what I am doing right now." Kylo said as he hung up the phone. Lydia sighed and stared at the box. After half an hour... Kylo came. "What took you so long!?" Lydia sasked with teary eyes. Kylo was shocked, "in sorry, a cow in our ranch was giving birth... And why are you crying?" he asked. Lydia sadly looked at the box, "My friend was hit by a car, and I need your help, I'm going to take her to the witch in the middle of the woods. Will you help me?" lydia asked.

“Oh, your friend got hit? Where is she right now? But I don’t have car? Should we carry her to the— wait, would we bring her to the witch?! We will bring her to the hospital! Where’s your friend?!”

Tears rolled down on her cheeks as she opened the box and showed it to kylo, "Hmm... A dead frog? But where's your frien— wait... YOU MEAN THIS IS THE FRIEND YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT?" Kylo asked and laughed. But he immediately stopped when he saw the pain in her eyes, as if she really loved that friend.

"Oh, your friend got hit? Where is she right now? But I don’t have car? Should we carry her to the— wait, would we bring her to the witch?! We will bring her to the hospital! Where’s your friend?!” kylo said

Tears rolled down on her cheeks as she opened the box and showed it to kylo, "Hmm... A dead frog? But where's your frien— wait... YOU MEAN THIS IS THE FRIEND YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT?" Kylo asked and laughed. But he immediately stopped when he saw the pain in Lydia's eyes, as if she really loved that friend.

“I-I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to laugh, it just that I accidentally laugh. Sorry.” Kylo spoke in guilty. He then hastily went to his friend and took a box that contained her friend’s dead best friend and pulled Lydia on her feet. “Let’s go to the witch house, right now.”

Lydia nodded her head and wiped her tears, "Thanks.." she said and picked up a backpack, then put the box that contains Her friend's dead body. Then they both went out of the house. Lydia's hands were trembling along with her knees as she stares at the very tall trees covered with thick moss at the entrance of the forest, she don't know if they will be able to make it till the witch's house.

After three seconds contemplating about, Lydia eventually ignored the thought. Even if both of them not able to reach at the witch house, at least she and her best friend would stay together in the forest. “Human?” Suddenly, they heard a small voice but both of them didn’t see anyone. “Do you hear it, Lydia?” Kylo asked but she shook her head. She heard it but she didn’t want to admit or otherwise Kylo would probably break his promise.

Kylo was worried, and scared, but he tried hiding those emotions because he needs to be strong to protect Lydia, he knows that what they're doing right now is crazy, insanely insane. Going to the dangerous forest just for a frog? But he knows that Lydia is serious about this... "let's go?" He asked. Lydia just nodded out of nervousness... As they go deeper in the forest, it's becoming darker and darker, as the thick leaves from the tall trees blocks the sunlight. Lydia's hands trembled as she heard some rustles. Her heart started beating so loud. "what are you doing here?" asked a small voice.

"Did you hear it?" He then asked again. "W-what?" Lydia asked, trying to act like she didn't heard anything. "Who are you and what are you doing here?" asked the small voice again.

Kylo and Lydia looked around, trying to find where that voice came from... "Over here!" said the small voice, and they were shocked when they saw a very tiny being... A DWARF!!
