In the cafeteria, Perry could be seen sitting across Percy with a cup of Americano in his hand.

"What's the problem, you sounded like someone was after your life, but now you're sitting here in a daze"

"Perry!" Percy called pulling his attention back

"Yeah"

"So... what's going on?"

"Oh, right. I stumbled upon the boss in his office and... he's the guy I stayed with last night"

"What? No way, did he recognize you?" Percy asked As Perry negatively moved his head.

"That's good, since he didn't recognize you, then you just have to pretend that nothing happened between you two"

"That's the problem, Percy, I can't forget when he's standing in front of me"

"Perry, listen to me; we can't afford to mess with him. Even if we have our force, we can't get on his bad side" Percy explained.

"Our force?" Perry asked surprised

"Yeah"

"Who are they exactly?" He asked but this time in a sarcastic way.

"Yeah, who are they?"

"We don't have any force, Percy, We have each other and we are stronger than any force"

"Yeah, correct. Oh! Right I got the news of the black gang leader in Thailand" Percy

"What?"

"Yes, you have to be careful; him coming to Thailand isn't anything good," Percy said, looking at Perry, who had this suspicious look on his face.

"Wait how did you get the news?"

"Are you underestimating my hacking skills"

"You know I can't, You got the number one hacker in the whole underworld. Only a fool will challenge you," Perry said, and Percy humped, looking all proud.

"But still, I can't beat you; lunchtime is over. Let's head back to work; remember, do not do anything stupid," Percy warned.

"Trust me, I won't do anything stupid," Perry said, and they both went back to their cubicle.

When Percy went back to his cubicle, he saw a lot of files on his desk. "What the hell is going on?" He asked, confused before he saw the note on his table.

"Perry, please send these documents to the boss for our sake. Your colleagues"

The moment he read the note, he felt that the world was against him. He took a deep breath in. "Why is everyone scared of him? He is not that special. I will send the documents later; I have So much to do," Perry thought and sat on his chair and started attending to his work.

After Two hours, the office line rang, and he answered it.

"Mr. Perry, where are my documents?" He heard that deep dangerous voice from the phone ask.

"BO...SS... Mr Ow…en." He stammered while trying to explain, and before he could get himself, the phone was disconnected.

"F**k! Did I just get intimidated? No, I was flustered that he called, that's all," Perry said, assuring himself. He carried the documents and went to Mr Owen's office.

Perry knocked on the door and waited for Mr. Owen's answer, but he didn't hear any. After waiting for two hours he began to get frustrated, He made up his mind to open the door by himself when he was about to turn the handle he heard Mr Owen's voice

"Come in"

Perry froze; that deep, rash, and magnetic voice kept on having effects on him. He shrugged off the feeling and entered the office. When he entered he noticed he was in a conference meeting and stood by the side.

Owen who was busy ending a live conference, noticed his secretary by the side.

"It is a pleasure to cooperate with you Mr. Steve," Owen said

"The pleasure is Mine," Mr Steve said as they both ended the call.

"Explain yourself," Owen said with a cold glare.

"I...have no excuse"

"Hmm...so no explanation; you're really brave, Perry," He said with acknowledgment.

"I'm at fault," Perry said lowering his head

"Do you know what I hate the most?" Owen asked, standing from his chair

"No" Perry replied truthfully.

"Since that is the case, then let me tell you, people, that waste My time," Owen said, but this time, he was standing in front of Perry.

"Raise your head when I'm talking to you" Owen commanded

"I dare not"

"You're still defying my orders," He said, but this time emitting that oppressive aura.

Perry felt suffocating; he had never seen someone with such a strong aura, even him as a well-trained assassin can't match up with him; with difficulty, he raised his head and looked at Him.

Owen was mesmerized by his orbs when Perry looked at him. He had this blueish purple orbs, It was a very rare type.

Owen walked back to his seat the moment he saw Perry's orbs.

"You can drop the documents and leave, and also, you're not allowed to leave for home until I'm done with my work," Owen said, picking up a document on his desk and flipping through it.

Perry dropped the documents and left the office. The moment he closed the door, he understood what He said.

He quickly brought out his phone and messaged Percy "I won't be going home with you today"

"Why? Don't tell me you have hooked up with the boss" Percy joked

"I wish I did, but that's not the reason"

"So..."

"The reason is because..." Perry typed explaining in the text.

"Wait, you annoyed boss the moment he returned. Wow! You are so wow, so do you know the time He's closing from work?"

"Nah, I don't know. I never knew he would be so piety, do you know he let me stand outside his office for two hours before telling me to come in"

"Ha, of course, I won't know. Did he give you a lot of work to do?"

"No, he didn't...sorry he did, I just saw the message in my Mail"

"Then, we'll chat later, you better get your ass moving and finish that work"

"Yeah, copy that" Perry typed and left the chat. He opened his mail to check out the details of the work. "What an asshole," He said and went to his desk. He powered on his laptop and began to type away.
