Lately , Daniel was busy so he didn't come to college or come to pick up Joanne for two weeks. He started to miss her. When his work done, he came directly to Joanne's workplace. But he didn't see Joanne. He only saw Julia. Then he asked Julia why Joanne was not here. Julia said Joanne was sick. Now she was in her dorm took some rest.
After knowing the situation, Daniel drove his car to Joanne. He tried to call Joanne but didn't get the answer. He became more worried. When he arrived, he just walked into the dorm. " what happens, where am i ?"
" you awake.. you fainted at your dorm. I brought you to hospital. You got a fever, why you are so careless?."
The doctor came in and checked Joanne's condition. Then said she was good now and she could go home. But Daniel wanted her to stay a night at the hospital.
Joanne didn't want it but Daniel insisted.
" I'm your guardian. You have to listen to me or do you want me to call Gary?"
Joanne didn't want to make Gary and her aunt worried so she can only followed Daniel's arrangements.
The news about Joanne being sick and taken out by Daniel spread in the collage. Everyone wandered what is the relationship between Joanne and Daniel.
After discharge from hospital next day, Joanne went directly to her class. She felt that everyone was staring at her. Then when she knew about the news from Lisa and Julia, she felt embarrassed.
She didn't expect she will become a hot gossip. When she was walked out from the restroom, Jessica appeared in front of her.
" do you think Daniel likes you?, or you try to seduce Daniel by pretending sick ?"
When Joanne heard this, she became angry.
" what do mean, and who are you ? It's not your business." Joanne wanted to walked away but being pulled back by Jessica.
" stay away from Daniel ". Then she released Joanne.
Joanne always hates things like this. That's why she never wants to get close to popular boy. She already experienced this in her high school. That time she dated Ethan. But then both of them separated then just became a friend.
