Chapter 3

The security guard escorted Marie to the concert center but the entrance was already too with people for anyone else to enter, so he directed her through the back stage passage and lead to the front roll area of the concert, Marie wanted to open her mouth to explain that her ticket wasn't a front roll one but the words didn't want to come out . Soon the lights were dimed and Marie knew it was show time , the loud sound of a guitar echoed the entire stadium and the man behind that was none other than Mason Walker, blonde, average height, and a great sense of fashion than the other members. He's the second most popular member of the group, a heartthrob, a genius at playing the guitar, and his father is also a well known music producer but there is one flur about Mason Walker, he's a big playboy. A beat of drums came next, and the screams of thousands of ladies intensified, it was of course Jack Manchester aka the drum god, he's said to come from a really wealthy family, intelligent, modest, and does alot of charity work, he's also a great cook. While Mason's guitar and Jack's drums were still in tune, there come Matthew West with his excellent piano skills, Matthew is a black American but was raised in England, hence he has sought of a British accent , his mother owns a hospital back at England, he has a bachelor's degree in law but pursued music as his life's long dream and he's so good with pets. Finally it was the moment Marie has been waiting for, her heart was at the verge of exploding with excitement, 'are you ready Los Angeles?', at that one sentence, the screams from the fans were nerve wracking as everyone knew whose voice it was, like a prince from an enchanted fairytale, he walked to the center stage wearing an all white outfit with a blue jacket, it was Evans Grey, tall athletic body, brown eyes, dark hair and a sharp side profile, also came from a affluent family, he majored in political studies at his father's behest but did a secondary in music, his also the son of Edward Grey, Los Angeles's most prominent politicians. The band started with a song from their debut album, then heated things up with their upbeat music, the crowd went wild and Marie was having the time of her life, she was so high in the excitement she felt her problems were never going to catch up to her again. The concert was almost over and RB was about to perform their final song of the night, it was their latest single, a love song titled 'with you', written by Evans. 'for this next song, right about now, I gonna need a beautiful girl from the crowd to share the stage with me' Evans was surprised at the number of hands that were up, all representing the 'pick me' sign. Marie didn't put her hand up, she felt she wouldn't stand a chance with the many hands that were up, she thought she should be grateful that at least she was able to see Evans up close but just as she was lost in thought, a fair masculine hand stretch out in front of her, her eyes widen as she looked up, it was Evans's hand reaching out for her, 'is it a dream maybe?, it can't be, right, why would Evans choose me of all the beautiful girls here, it has to be a dream' these were all the thoughts in Marie's mind. She blinked about four times before concluding it was actually reality, she took a huge sigh and placed her hand in Evan's hand, he pulled her up the stage and the screams was louder than ever. Evans started singing while holding her hand, dancing and turning her around, Marie was filled with mixed emotions but she could tell that Evan's eyes were fixed on her, he held her like she was some precious egg or treasure , she could also feel the envy from the crowd of fan that would have possibly killed to be in her shoes but that wouldn't stop her, this was a dream come true for Marie, being so close to Evans, having his hands around her waist and being the center of his gaze. The song ended with the whole stadium applauding and screaming, although it was for a short moment, Marie had the time of her life, she was able to head back to the fan section when Evans stopped her saying 'you don't have to go back from there, the concert is over anyways, so you can use the back stage, I can show you the exist from there, it would be much easier', 's..sure, i would appreciate that's, Marie followed RB back stage, 'oh right, thank you miss for being apart of our grand finishing, you were great and you're also my style, if you don't mind, are you busy say this Saturday ' Mason said as he turn to her, 'typical Mason' Marie thought, Evans pulled Mason back by the shirt, giving a distance between him and Marie, 'don't even think about it Mason, can't you act descent for once man's, Mason laughed putting his hand around Evans shoulders and whispered, 'oh c'mon, you only danced with her on stage and you're already protective, I think you're the one who should act decent huh, Mr Evans Grey. Marie couldn't help but smile at the scene, she could tell that the members of RB was not just a band but were each others best friends. after awhile, Evans had brought Marie to the exist of the Center, 'here you are,.... I um wanted to also say thank you, for coming and supporting us today, as Mason said, you were great ', Marie's became flushed at his comment but was determined to keep it cool, 'its no problem, I've always been a fan of yours.....I mean of your band, so i should be the one saying thank you for calling me on stage' Marie responded. 'cool, so can I get your name ?' Evans asked, Marie Was delighted he asked for her name, 'my name ...sure, my name is Mar..' 'Marieeeeeeeeee' a loud voice calling her name interrupted her, it was Becky's voice, she was running towards them, waving her hands. 'umm that's my friend, I came with her, I'm really sorry about her, she has a loud voice haha' Marie said embarrassly, 'its ok, at least i got your name, Marie, that's a lovely name befitting of you, well then, I'll see you around Marie, get home safe and goodnight ' Evans left just in time as Becky reached where they were. 'holy shit Marie, was that Evans Grey you were talking to, I thought I was dreaming when I saw you on stage, so it was real damn, and how were you able to get in, i thought you said you couldn't find your ticket ' Becky was still panting from when she ran, Marie smiled and covered her face but then the realization came to her, 'how did she actually get into the concert, and the security guard said something about someone putting a good word for her, but who?, it can't be the stranger she met at the bench right? Was he really a fairy, No, its not possible, they don't exist, do they?', Marie Was trying to come up with an explanation when Becky tapped her, 'earth to Marie, i asked you a question, what are you thinking huh?', 'its nothing lets just say i got lucky, now c'mon lets head home now' Marie said trying to divert the topic cause even she herself didn't have an answer.
