Back to reality ~ Marie's shift was finally over, she checked her watch and was relieved she still had enough time to get home and freshen up, she was able to get a bus on time and arrived home where she saw her best friend Becky who was waiting for Marie at her front door. 'look who finally arrived, I've been calling you since forever, at this point I'm sure i gave you a hundred calls' Becky said with her hands placed across her chest, 'im so sorry, i was so in a rush i didn't hear my phone ring, but that aside I'm so so so excited I get to see Evans again, ever since their debut, they've always been abroad' Marie replied as she was taking off her clothes for a bath. An hour later, both girls were ready and set, Marie wore a sleeveless short floral dress with a side splint, styled her hair dark in a cute ponytail and had white Snickers for shoes cause she didn't feel the need to wear heels since she had a tall figure. 'you know, I'm kinda hungry, why don't we go grab something to eat since we have about an hour before the concert starts ' Becky suggested while holding rubbing her tummy, the idea sat well with Marie, so both girls head over to a nearby eatery. They spent about 30 mins before leaving for the concert. At their arrival, it was an army of fans surrounding the entire venue not to talk of the longest line they've ever seen, 'well this what you get for following a group of perfectly handsome men with voices of an angel' Becky said jokingly. After a long hour of waiting, it was finally their turn, 'can I see your tickets please Ladies ' the security asked stretching his hand, 'of course Mr handsome security sir' Becky exclaimed as she winked at the big tall security guard, Marie gave Becky a 'can you please stop' look as she proceeded to give out her ticket, she discovered it wasn't in her purse, a great chill went down her stomach and anxiety creeped in, 'Becky, is...um perhaps my ticket with you, I can't seen to find mine, its not in my purse' Marie said trying not to lose her composure, 'what do you mean, you didn't even want me to touch your ticket, check harder, it must be somewhere in your purse', the security guard urged them to hurry as others were waiting at the line. Marie instantly remembered, her ticket may have fallen from her purse when she was paying for the bill back at the eatery, 'Becky I think i remember where my ticket could be, I have to go back and get it, you go ahead without me, I'll be right back at you', then Marie ran as fast as a sprinter. She finally got to the restaurant but found it was already closed for the day, it was obviously late (about 9pm), Marie's heart dropped as tears started rolling down her eyes, after such a long time she finally gets to see Evans only to lose this opportunity. She hurried back to the concert center and tried to reason with the security guard, she even showed him a picture she took earlier in the day holding her ticket but that wasn't enough for her to be allowed in and the concert was about to start, Marie couldn't stop crying, she went and sat down at a bench across the street, her phone rang and its was Becky calling,' Marie, the concerts about to start, were you able to find your ticket ', 'No Becky, I couldn't find it, but its alright take some good pictures for me ok' Marie said with more tears gushing down her eyes. Marie kept crying until she heard a voice from someone standing in front of her , 'can I please sit down as well', she looked up to see a tall figure dressed in all black with a leather jacket, he was tall and wore a face mask and cap. Marie thought he looked suspicious but still nodded that he could sit, she looked at him as he sat down and scotched toward the end of the bench to give a safe distance between them. Marie realized she still had tears in her eyes and was trying to wipe them away when the stranger hand out a handkerchief, 'no thank you, I'm ok' Marie refused, 'its alright, its not good for a pretty girl to cry on the street, so take it I insist, im not pulling any kind trick, honestly ' the stranger insisted. Marie took the handkerchief from him and clean her face up, she could smell the nice perfume from the handkerchief, 'thank you, sorry I ruined your handkerchief ', 'its ok, you can keep it, so would you mind telling me why a beautiful girl like you is crying out here on the street, if that's fine with you of course ' the stranger said as he turned to her direction, Marie didn't understand why a total stranger would be interested in her situation, Marie was indeed reluctant at first but later thought what could possibly go wrong since they won't be seeing each other after today. Marie started, 'well, you see that concert center over across the street?, with the lights and everything, my favorite music band will be performing there tonight, I had to wait two years to finally see them perform, actually not all of them, there's one who I want to see the most, his songs are like a booster to me and i wanted a chance to see him sing live cause I've only ever seen him perform on screen, I thought i could finally see him today but i lost my ticket, sad right?, you know i even imagined he'd call me on stage, so stupid ', Marie ended with a low chuckle while pushing her hair back. The stranger kept quiet for awhile before proceeding to speak, 'guess we're all having a bad day, actually there's someone who I want to meet again too cause i never really had a chance to say a proper goodbye before I left them, so I kinda understand you, im sorry about your ticket by the way', 'its ok it was my fault for being careless with it, I just wanted to also see how he's been doing so far' Marie replied with a sad expression. The stranger saw this and stood up in front of her and said 'ok what if I told you I was a fairy and I could grant you a wish, then, what would you wish for?, Marie laughed 'a fairy really, haha, are you making fun of me', 'of course not, c'mon just try and see, one wish', Marie thought for a while before giving her response, 'i wish i still had a chance to attend the concert even though i know that's not possible anymore ', 'wish granted then haha, don't worry, its gonna work out ok, i have to get going now, im already late for something, see you around then', Marie could only watch in marvel as he walked untill his shadow disappeared and she thought 'what did he mean by see you around ', they were obviously strangers. Marie checked her phone and saw that it was already very late, she picked up her purse and was about to leave when she was stoped by the same security guard that was at the concert. 'Hey, your the lady who lost her ticket right, if you can show me that picture with your ticket then I cam allow you in, you must be very lucky cause someone put in a good word for you' the security said, Marie couldn't believe her ears, she slap her cheeks trying to see if she was dreaming but the pain made her understood it was all real. Without a second thought, Marie brought out her phone and showed the security guard the picture and he lead her back to the concert center.
