'It's scorching hot today of all days' Marie said after letting out a huge sigh, she knew better than letting a hot temperature ruin her day, cause it was D DAY. Several hours to her shift and Marie was already beat, the restaurant had more guests than usual and everywhere was packed which also means a lot of shouting and scolding from Mrs Davis, the restaurant owner, but Marie couldn't care less cause nothing was going to spoil her day. A day she has waited for all summer, it was the concert day for the world famous boy band RB and Marie had used her entire summer savings to get a ticket and she finally going to see the perform, especially Evans, the group's lead vocalist. Marie can remember it like it was yesterday when she became a die hard fan of RB, it was two years ago when Marie was at her final year of university, she lost her mom who was the last family she had in a car accident, Marie never thought she could recover from that loss, she started slacking off and didn't see the need to continue going to school or even going anywhere for that matter, all she did was stayed locked up in her room and only go out when she was out of supplies or food, she continued that for more than three months. On a day when she had to go out to get some food, she looked up to a big screen across the street and there he was, the most handsome man Marie has ever seen, a 6ft 3 tall athletic built man, tanned skin with a sharp facial feature, a moderately shaped high-bridged nose, dark hair, and brown eyes. In Marie's head, she figured if the word handsome had a face then it was definitely Evans Grey. He was being interviewed along with four other equally good looking guys, they had just released their debut album and starting going public, a question was thrown to Evans by the host, 'so Evans, this question is specifically for you, why do you think music is so important to today's generation?', before answering, Evans gave a brief smile 'i.... believe music is Hope, you know most people think music is just about dance, having fun and feeling good, but music does a lot more than that, there was a point in my life were i didn't believe in anything not even on living, i was so traped in the past that i was running from life itself but music was the only gateway that freed me from all those anxiety, pressure, and depression and there are people in the world today who faces all these and music has the ability to give a sense of hope, that why my dream is to create music that would give hope to those who feel like giving up'. Marie found herself lost in the words he spoke, 'he's right' she let out and that was then Marie has a sense of hope and life again, she was determined to live a good life not only for herself but in honor of her mother. The next day, Marie heard RB was having a fan signing at a convention center not too far from her residence, she immediately rushed out as she could not miss an opportunity of seeing Evans before he went on their world tour. When she arrived she saw the place was packed, but didn't mind at all, as long as she could get a chance to meet with Evans, the line was indeed long and took about an hour before she finally had the chance she had waited for, she was so nervous and excited at the same time, 'next please!!, hello miss, you're next' one of the staff yelled in order to bring Marie out of her fantasy thoughts . She walked in front and there he was, he had a bright smile and was beaming in perfection, as soon as he laid his eyes on her, she could see that his eyes widened, 'hey cutie, don't know if im allowed to say this but you're really beautiful, what's your name?', Marie was able to get her words straight as all she could hear was that Evans called her beautiful, she finally got some words out of her lips, 'Ah... Tha..thank you, my um.. name is Marie, Marie Smith, I also think you're really handsome, I'm .....I wanted to ask you something if that's alright?', 'yeah sure, you can ask me anything you want cutie ' he answered with a smirk, 'i.... watched your interview yesterday, so....um...did you mean what you said about giving hope through your music?' she said but suddenly feeling she shouldn't have asked that. Evans's smile increased , he stretches out his hand signalling her to do the same, Marie hesitated but have in anyway, he held her hand and said 'you know, other girls who came would either ask for and autograph, picture or even a kiss, but you're the first to ask me something like this, I like that, my answer's this, if not the world but only you that gets hope from my music, then i don't mind singing for the rest of my life, ok cutie?'. Marie was in total shock and didn't know how to respond but one thing was sure, Evans was able to touch her heart with that one sentence but as she wanted to finally say something her time was up and had to let go of his hand, as the staff escorting her out, she turn back to only to see him staring at her with passionate eyes. Marie never recovered from that experience, she kept looking at her hand trying to reminisce the feeling of his hands on hers. From that day forward, Marie became a huge fangirl of Evans and of RB, she listened and watched every song, album, interview and award shows that RB appeared on and fill her room with posters and stickers of Evans. She was indeed the ultimate fan girl of RB.
