I always thought having an opinion about characters was a thing and most of the authors ask for readers to share it but here you have a problem with it like if a character is bad we would hate it, right? it doesn't mean we dislike the story .it means that we are invested in story we feel attached to the characters that's why we have an opinion but if you say it like "no hate for characters"? well your story your wish
