The other end of the portal!

After entering a portal, Bai Lu is taken to a whole new world, but unfortunately for her, the portal takes her over an area that is filled with water. Bai Lu initiated a cry for help; however, as a result of the immense pressure exerted by the water and Bai Lu's drowning, her voice emitted muffled sounds. Bai Lu attempts to save herself by waddling her hands and feet, but it is ineffective. Bai Lu's body felt limb, fatigue and was way too pressurized to continue struggling, so in defeat, she closed her eyes, ready to accept what fate had planned for her. Right when Bai Lu almost sank to the bottom, a pair of muscular arms came and wrapped around her waist. She held on to the pair of arms as she put her hands on them. Bai Lu was able to feel all the veins on her savior's arms.

    Soon, Bai Lu and her savior reached the surface of the water. She started coughing and gasping for air. After Bai Lu's body settled down and relaxed a bit, she slowly opened her eyes, taking a look at her savior in order to express her gratitude. Bai Lu found herself in a stranger's arms; he looked as if he were in his mid-20s, just like Bai Lu. The handsome guy had his hair up in a bun that Bai Lu had never seen before. Bai Lu looked around and found herself surrounded by hallmarked men in a somewhat of a swimming pool from ancient times.

“Your face resembles my idol, Wang Yibo!” Chirped Bai Lu. Out of admiration and not being able to resist herself, Bai Lu runs her hands on his face, admiring his beauty.

“你是誰, 你是怎麼進來的(Who are you, and how did you get in here?)” Questions the handsome man in a stern voice.Bai Lu frowns and raises her eyebrows because he spoke in traditional Chinese, which was long gone and very ancient. The only reason Bai Lu was able to understand him was because of her ancestral background. Like a wave of shock, the lady's words struck her like a truck. Bai Lu looks around to see herself in a very beautiful and ancient architecture. Still not believing her eyes, Bai Lu asks, “Where am I?” In order to confirm. “男人洗澡的地方 (a place where men take a bath).” Responded the handsome man with a straight face and a hold tone. But Bai Lu turned red as a tomato on his remark.

Bai Lu jumped from his embrace and tried to get out of the water.

“誰派你來這裡監視我們的。你屬於哪個帝國?'(who sent you here to spy on us.What empire do you belong to?)'” Asked the same handsome hunk who seemed to be the leader of all.

His words scared Bai Lu, as she couldn't comprehend and understand what he was talking about. “帶她去帝族法庭! (Take her to the Imperial Clan Court!)”  Shouted the handsome man.

Why did the handsome man order the guards to take her to the Imperial Clan Court? He's not going to put her in the dungeon is he? Could this handsome man be taking her to the Emperor or is he the emperor? Read more to find out.
